My family and I were on vacation in the Destin area for Thanksgiving so of course we hit some of the stores for sales. What I liked about this location is that one of the workers made sure to tell me how to get an extra percentage off what I was buying by using the Nike app, which I would not have done. They actually had a really good selection of items on sale . My oldest son was able to get three nice shirts for $21. We will probably come back here when we visit the area again.

The purchase was very close to $600 and when I asked if I could return it, I was told that it could be returned, except for the insole shoe pads. That seemed reasonable so I completed my purchase. After nearly 30 days, I did not get anywhere close to the relief I wanted. I went to the store today (6-18-26) and was told they are not refundable and since I didn't buy the top of the line package there was no adjustment. I was told that since it is classified as a medical device no refund is possible. This was never mentioned during the sale process. I can trade it in on the full package as a credit against $1600, but why would anyone do that when you got minimum relief from the beginning. I have found that the Dr. School's insoles work just as well for 1/10th the price of The Good Feet Store. The receipt says that you have 30 days to make the adjustment, but in no way is that a refund. I am out close to $600.00. Just a warning to be 100% sure TGF Store arch supports will work 100% for you! They are not returnable. What a scam!!!!!!

They had a deal going on where you could buy one and get a percentage off the second pair. Let me tell you something. Every worker in the store asked us if they could assist us at least one time. Several of them asked more than once if they could assist us. When we checked out, I think I figured out why everyone was super helpful. The person at the register asked if I wanted to give a name of someone that had helped me. I ended up giving her the name of the first person that offered help. I appreciate everyone wanting to assist even if it was a tad bit overwhelming.

Today I had a return and noticed they missed my 25$ coupon when I made the purchase. Zach who was a manager had no customer service skills, he went and talked to his manager Brani and she was to busy to come out and talk to me!! She said go ahead and give me the 25$, but the other 20$ coupon I had to lose even though I was spending more than I was returning. I have popped in and out of Ron Jon's many times over the years and walked out with solid apparel on numerous occasions. The store is fairly large, well kept, organized, clean and easy to navigate with sections clearly defined. In addition to a wide variety of apparel consisting of all the well known beach/outdoor brands, they have a plethora of Ron Jon specific items from shorts, shirts, hats and more. Additionally, as expected, they have a corner of the store dedicated to all things surfing and skateboarding. This area offers a solid selection of pre-fab boards along with skim boards and boogie boards. And of course all the accessories that go along with it. Prices are fair and surprisingly so given the name brand and location in Pier Park. The store offers a great photo op with surfboards at their front entrance, but if you are already in Pier Park, you can access the store via a back entrance as well. Staff are always plentiful, helpful and friendly. Overall, Ron Jon is a solid spot and always a cool place to wander through when roaming around Pier Park.
