The golf course looks amazing but since I'm not a golfer, I'm going to address the pool, hotel, pool club dining area, and hotel restaurant. Pool is big, fun, and great for families. However, it and the restaurant attached close at 8pm. Hmmmmm. It does't get dark in Florida til after 9pm in the summer, so this seems off. Food and space at the eating area by the pool; fun, tasty, and staff are on top of it. (The staff are a bunch of young kids working for the summer and it was nice to be around their energy.) The restaurant and bar area in the hotel is ... "yikes". The lighting is harsh and too yellow. The decor and "feel" reminds me of an 80's, Ramada Inn reception area. I don't know what else to say except that it was so discomforting that we couldn't stay. Work out facility is top notch.

We arrived around midnight to a hot, uncomfortable unit -- the A/C was clearly struggling to work properly. We informed the host, Khushbu Patel, right away. At first, she seemed receptive, but that quickly shifted. She later accused us of causing the A/C problem by leaving doors and windows open -- which was absolutely false. The windows in the unit don't even open, and we were extremely careful to keep everything closed. Things got worse. We were told by the host to vacate the property on Saturday evening around 7 PM, and we did exactly that. I even followed up with a message and a phone call to confirm we had left. Despite this, the host later accused us of staying the second night -- which was entirely untrue. I had clear evidence of our departure, but the host continued to make false claims. This experience was stressful, disappointing, and handled with a total lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone considering this unit to look elsewhere. There are plenty of places at Edgewater that offer a far better experience -- and respectful, honest hosts.

I have played Signal many times at various times of year. It's OK at best but probably wouldn't…read moresurvive if we had more courses to choose from here. It's fun because at least the first 11 holes are fairly open so if you miss the fairway you're not 100% screwed. The greens are "green" in color, look nice, but are usually super shaggy. You can essentially just aim at the hole and hit it very hard. Putts don't break and you can't go too far past the hole so it helps your scoring but it's not much of a challenge. The fairways and tee boxes are generally spotty. If we've had a lot of rain they can be decent but during dry spells they get hard and clunky quickly. There is no rough to speak of, it's just harder and sandier ground than the fairways. BL: if you can get the locals rate it's an "OK" deal but if there were more places close to my house I wouldn't play here very often. Legacy Golf Course it just a few miles away and when it is in good shape it is WAAYY better for about the same price. However, as of May 2026 Legacy greens have all died off and it is a disaster. Maybe they will come back by the fall.

We showed up for our tee time only to find out there was a 2 1/2-hour delay, and no one bothered to call, text, or email us beforehand. A simple heads-up would have saved us hours of waiting. The course conditions were awful, especially considering the price. The tee boxes were in terrible shape, there was mud and sand everywhere, and there was even construction equipment and work happening in the middle of a fairway. The greens were some of the slowest I've ever played--more like putting on carpet than an actual golf green. To make matters worse, the course is insanely overpriced for the condition it's in. You expect premium conditions when you're paying premium rates, and this course wasn't even close. And before anyone assumes this is just because we played poorly, our group actually finished 3-under par. This review has nothing to do with the score and everything to do with how poorly the course was maintained and how badly the delay was handled. Until they improve the conditions and communicate with customers, I can't recommend playing here.

I was…read moresupposed to play with a group of friends this morning and had to cancel last minute because of work, but sent them on to play, so instead of 4 players they had 3 and Bay Point still charged ny friends $150 for me because they said they had a 24 cancellation policy. It's not like we canceled the whole tee time, only I couldn't be there. Very unprofessional and I will be posting everywhere I can to keep friends and friend of friends from coming to PCB to play this course!!
