This is a great place to buy souvenirs in PCB. Everything is under $9.99 from t-shirts, trinkets, hoodies, jewelry, etc. A lot of the t-shirts in the BOGO section were dirty so make sure to inspect those before buying. There is also a 3% charge for card payments so bring cash. Staff was helpful and friendly. read more

Loved this store! Are there anymore stores in other areas beside Panama City? I remember one that looks the same in Pigeon Forge, but I'm sure they weren't $10 or less. I did buy a huge insulated mug with sea creatures on it, someone put it in the dishwasher and the decor chipped off, but it made sense. I want to go back. read more

Great prices and very nice clerk! We found exactly what we wanted. Too bad they were closing!

Love this store. Everything $10 or less. I always go for souvenirs. My favorites are sweatshirts. Same ones are at least 4 times higher at other beach stores. Service has been friendly and they have a very good selection of clothes and souvenirs. read more

Your store was very nice but your employees leave a lot to be desired. They were rude and dismissive to us.

Every time I come to Panama City and I'm gonna buy some trinkets, Moby Dick's my jam. I realized I never checked into this place anytime I've been here. I finally did, and I noticed all these crazy 1 reviews. I have been in the store at least 20 times, I've always gotten exceptional service. The manager, she's a sweet lady name Diane. I've talked to her several times, she remembers who I am. Always has friendly staff & makes sure me and my crew are happy. The guy in the back that does all the T-shirt and hat airbrushing is a SUPER COOL dude!! Also totally remembers me, not that I'm hard to forget, but I don't come here every day or every month, I'm in Florida to three times a year. His artwork is truly that, artwork! This store is a $9.99 or less store. They always have a clearance section so you may get 3 items for under 10 bucks. I really think if you go into this store looking for Gucci, Chanel or Prada quality products at Walmart pricing you're going to be let down. However, everything that we've ever bought T-shirts, hats, bathing suits they all seem to last just fine. Go pick out some trinkets and while you're there, check out the cute little gators! read more

I wandered into this store looking for souvenirs and or Knick Knacks and I must say they had a lot of things and the price was right. Everything in the store is $9.99 or less and the staff was friendly. read more

The large women working the day after thanksgiving was sooo rude, I think she hates her job

The most economical selection of shirts at any souvenir shop in PCB. The quality is great too. The staff is very cooperative about helping, if you need assistance. There is a service charge if you use a credit card, so remember, cash is the best! read more

While they do have a great selection and the prices are great, it's a horrible deal if your shirts don't hold up. This shirt was washed one stone at home and the print is peeling badly. I make shirts. A screen printed shirt or a shirt with a screen print transfer should last a long time. This is ridiculous! Don't buy shirts from here and expect them to last. read more

If I could leave -5 stars, I would. My 8yo granddaughter spent over $250 of her birthday money in there. $30 of it was on a turtle because even though everything is "$9.99 or less", you can't by a turtle without buying a cage and food. EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT A TURTLE 2 DAYS AGO THAT DIED!!! You can't bring that same cage you just paid $9.99 for back in and get a turtle in it. They won't sell it without buying ANOTHER CAGE!!! Pathetic rip-off of a business!!! Don't bother with them!! read more

We come here every year. Everything is $10 or less! Great selection and good service. We love Moby Dicks!

The highlight here is that everything is $9.99 or less. So, it's a great place to get souvenirs, but also know that you get what you pay for. We stayed away from the printed shirts, because as others have noted, I didn't think the decals would hold-up over time. But, for beach stuff (especially boogie boards), magnets, hats, cups, etc, etc, you really can't go wrong here. The only complaint I would leave is that they charge 3% extra if you use credit card. I realize that at "$9.99 and under", their profit margin is probably not grand, but they aren't losing money here and in today's digital age, it seems odd to me that any business would be upcharging for use of a credit card. Seemed kinda unique to FL, because we also saw a few gas stations that had a cash and credit price. I haven't seen that around us in IL since the late 1980s. Anyway, they also have a sister store called Jaws about 2 miles down the road -- it's a little smaller and has slightly less stuff. There are some things you will find at one and not the other, so it's worth going to both depending on what you are looking for. Anyway, LOTS of stuff here, but be selective. read more

First of all, the prices are not $9.99 and lower ... it was much more expensive. A shark stuffed animal toy was $24.99 where the other stores had them for $13. Not too mention the turtles were all kept in a few buckets (piled on top of each other). My friend went and tried to flip a turtle back on its legs instead of on its back and was yelled at for it. Poor turtles. Second, The alligators were there, but not sure if they were alive. read more

Horribly rude cashier! I came from outside racks and ask if the items labeled BOGO were simply half off. Three times I asked the price for one item, and three times the rude cashier refused to look at me and said they are BOGO. I can read, I don't need you to repeat the signage. I need you to answer the question I asked three times, how much if one it. If you don't like you job of serving tourist, find one that doesn't serve tourist. We immediately laid the item on the counter and left. We will NEVER return. Too many other paces that are eager to take my tourist money with a smile. read more

Nothing but great things to say about our experience at this place today! Great atmosphere, great prices, and great customer service! But my favorite part by far was the turtles! For someone who has purchased turtles from here before and owned them as pets for 10+ years, they do a great job here! The turtles all looked healthy and happy! The tank was so clean and well kept. The lady who assisted me with getting my two turtles was very kind/careful with handling them and allowed me to take the time to pick the two I wanted! All good things here! 10/10 recommend!! read more

My friends got me a turtle from there and me and my boyfriend researched everything we could about him and got him all the proper items for him to live a long life and 1 week later he passed, I'm very devastated that they had improper equipment for them turtle's and the lady was very rude to me and the turtles. She pushed all the turtles off the log very roughly and dunked all of them in the water, I didn't even get the one I picked out I had to just choose. Do not buy a turtle from here. They need a bigger tank for all the turtles bc in that small tank they are more likely to get sick. They stay close together bc they are cold from the improper light! Terrible place! read more

This place is awesome if you are looking for amazing souvenirs to bring home. I purchased two good quality tees for under $35 total which was a great find considering most t-shirts are at least $20 a piece. There is a very large selection of anything you could think of: cups, house decor, beach towels, & clothing. I was extremely impressed to find souvenirs at a great price! Definitely will visit again whenever I come back to Panama. read more

My family and I were in store to purchase multiple items when my 5 year old son had to use the bathroom. I understand their washrooms are very clearly not for public use as they have signs saying that all over the store, but i would have thought that when i asked them if they could please let my 5 year old use their washroom they would have some compassion. Young kids cant "hold it" like adults can, but i guess they would rather see him pee his pants than make an exception to their precious rule. I had to go a mile up the road to find him a bathroom. When i returned to the store to collect the rest of my family, we put down the $100 worth of merchandise they already had picked out and left without buying anything. I refuse to support any business that cannot have the basic human decency to allow people to use a bathroom, at very least their customers. Disgusting. read more

i like that they are cheap but they have baby turtles that are not cared for and baby alligators they should be reported for animal abuse and you can only bring 3 items in the dressing room and no bags in there either and the lady was very rude about it don't go read more

I only give it the one star rating because the customer service was absolutely horrible. Completely unfriendly staff. How can you be unfriendly in a tourists based town? My daughter needed help with certain items and the young lady behind the counter acted as if my daughter was annoying her. I miss placed my phone somewhere in that part of town. When I came in to ask about it, the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn't ask around or look to see if anyone turned it in. When I pointed out her rudeness she cursed me out in front of other customers and flipped me off! She wasn't black, white, or asian decent. I think hispanic. But they were all rude! Do not go to this store. There are a lot of stores in town just like this one with way better and nicer customer service! read more

Horrible service & attitude! Cassandra a floor worker stocking shelves, was the ultimate in RUDE! Shoving my 4year old into a t-shirt display to get to her destination in the fron of the store, to find out it was so she could get her delivered lunch! We are locals & brought visiting friends to the store...She was rude to her delivery person...& the manager seems to have no control or say-so regarding her behavior. Needless to say, we will NOT return. read more

They have live alligators in a small tank with dyed blue water, not accessible to sunlight, in the middle of their T-shirt store. One of them looked like it had a bit of fungus growing on its head and all of their skin was stained blue from the water. I will make it my personal mission to tell people not to shop there for this reason. read more
