I love this souvenir store! You can find pretty much anything you need here for children or adults alike from sunblock, hats, clothing, flip flops, toys, stuffies, beach necessities as so on! They have fitting rooms but no public bathroom. Staff is friendly. Parking was easy. We left with several souvenirs. They always have a sale rack. read more

I have never been more disgusted or heartbroken walking out of a store than I was at Jaws in Panama City Beach. They are selling live baby turtles as beach souvenirs, crammed into tiny plastic cages like they are disposable toys. Inside the ice-cold water were four dead turtles floating among the living ones. Seeing that alone was awful, but what happened next made me sick. I told an employee that another turtle looked like it was dying. She picked up the turtle, while it was still alive, and threw it straight into the garbage like it was trash. Not dead. Alive. Thrown away. I waited until she walked off, then pulled the turtle out of the garbage myself because I could not leave it there to die. I am now trying to save it. There were no care instructions, no concern, no humanity. These are freshwater yellow-bellied cooters, not throwaway vacation novelties. How many tourists buy these animals with no idea how to care for them? How many end up neglected, abandoned, or dumped into the ocean when the trip is over, where a freshwater turtle has no chance of surviving? What I saw was not just upsetting. It was cruel. It was cold. It was inhumane. These animals are being treated like cheap impulse items until they die, and the people selling them do not seem to care. Do not support this place. Do not give money to a business that treats living creatures as disposable souvenirs. read more

Same old touristy "junk store" you find all over the place. We felt a little deceived by the "BOGO t-shirts" sign hanging above all the t-shirts. The sign is just for SOME of them. Not very helpful. We didn't find this out until we got to the register (same for the folks behind us). They can do better. read more

Loved the big shark out front. They had a large variety of souvenirs from clothing, (buy 1 get one free), cups, household items, swimsuits, kids clothes, toys and much much more. Random items all over. The employees were very kind and assisted us when we asked. There were no sharks inside, its a tank with fish and turtles. read more

First off great photo opt in front of the building with shark to take pictures with group. Huge amounts of souvenir options and and fish tank in the building and semi busy there. Cashiers could be nicer but overall great spot to get stuff if your from out of town. read more

Jaws is a really great store to buy your shirts towels and Panama Beach souvenirs, everything is $10.00. Just remember it is a shark not whale the whale store looks simular but another higher priced. We stop at o e of the jaws every time we are in Panama city Beach. Fun store and great employees. read more

The store is mediocre, I couldn't find anything interesting, unlike Sunnyside Beach Store, where they also offer items priced at $9.99 and below on select items. But there, you can find premium brands like Huk, Salt Life, Simply Southern, and Life Guard, perfect for those who appreciate quality and style. Check them out to see the difference! read more

I love this place!! I got my new Cumberland Slider hatchling from this place, and it's been an honor to raise this guy! The staff were pleasant, and the turtles, sharks, and crabs were a beautiful sight to see! This place is not as bad as people say it is (maybe it was just a good day for Jaws today) Pros :The clothing was nice and affordable. It was very close and packed together tho. They had nice mugs and other souvenir junk. They we're selling little turtles and hermit crabs. I did get a cool PCB Hoddie that was originally $50 but was $10. Cons: They advertised "Shark Feeding". I didn't see the shark feeding but sadly I saw the shark. They had a 4 foot shark in a very dirty tank. The poor shark looked miserable. Kids were tapping on the glass and harassing this shark. Next to the shark was another dirty tank holding a 3 foot fish. He looked sad to. Staff is a little rude only had to deal with them when checking out. They gave me a receipt without a barcode so I'm guessing there is NO RETURNS. read more

As stated before by others, typical tourist trap that is found up and down the beach. If you want anything with PCB on it, they'll have it. Don't expect a warm greeting upon entering, All the employees who work there look like they hate their life. By the way, everything is 10 bucks or less. read more

We looked here after shopping elsewhere for kids' PCB souvenir t-shirts. They had a good selection and reasonable prices considering the genre of the store. We found a better selection of PCB kids' t-shirts and fridge magnets (our 2 go-to souvenir items) than other places, so no complaints from me. I wish they would rehome the small shark in the small tank. It looks like it needs more room. read more

Don't even want to give it 1 start. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my DOG !!! I went into this store today to purchase 2 bathing new baiting suits. Upon shopping I had noticed they had a BOGO rack. The lady that worked there assisted me when I told her the one I was looking for that I had seen in another one of there sister stores about a month ago. Of course it was the last one but luckily it was in my size. BINGO !! So excited !! Even being told yet again it was BOGO by the associate. As I go to cash out and the lady explains that it's final sales on the baiting suits I agreed. As she starts ringing me out I noticed she's not ringing in the BOGO so I mentioned it. She then gets into a screaming match calling out her associate and all. The lady walks up to the counter to explain to her it WAS BOGO !! I then asked her what she wanted me to do as she tells me I have to pick another top that doesn't even MATCH THE SUIT I PICKED OUT !? She proceeds to yell at her helper and me. I then started to boil, yes the GA came out. I went off. Telling her she lost a $100 sale for a $10 top !!! How unprofessional can you get. After Covid you would think they wouldn't argue about $10 YOU WOULD THINK they would want and welcome the business but that's so not the objective here. The point of the matter is it was the last suit of that design and it was on the rack with the BOGO !! The people that run this store are IDIOTS. I turned around and told her that I didn't want anything out of that store and that I would be reporting on yelp about there actions !! The owner of this store needs to step up and step in and take care of the unorganized business that's going on there. Word of advise do it before they run your store into the ground !! I don't even want to give this store one star. While the deals might be so-so, the store keeps a 4 foot long nurse shark in a tiny tank where children are able to bother and attempt to scare the shark. It's cruel and disturbing. I called the store to file a complaint and I was put on the phone with a lady who just pretended she wasn't on the phone. Don't support this horrible place. read more

We went to jaws yesterday to take our granddaughter to see the shark feeding. We called ahead to make sure they were still feeding at 6:00. They told us yes, so we were there 10 minutes early. We shopped for a few souvenirs while waiting. The extremely unfriendly girl behind the counter pushed us repeatedly to check out. Each time we told her we were waiting on the shark feeding. After 20 minutes we asked again when they were going to do it. She said the shark ( which was swimming around it's pitiful enclosure) was in hibernation and didnt need to eat! That she pushed the sale ( knowing why we were there) before telling us was extremely dishonest!! When I confronted her about her deception she shrugged, made an ugly face and stuck her nose back in her cellphone. DON'T waste your time or money on them!!!! read more
