Our daughters purchased a sweatshirt from the store, and after washing it only one time according to the care instructions, the sweatshirt developed a large stain on the back and the colors changed significantly. For a brand-new sweatshirt to look like this after one wash is extremely disappointing. We brought the sweatshirt back to the store expecting them to stand behind the product, but they refused to exchange it or provide a refund. We were left with a sweatshirt that was essentially ruined after one wash and no willingness from the store to make it right. I understand that stores have policies, but when a product clearly has a quality issue after being washed once, I believe a business should stand behind what it sells. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was just as disappointing as the quality of the sweatshirt. Very disappointed with both the product and the way the situation was handled. We will not be purchasing from Paradise Found at the Pier again.
