The store is big, with three different entrances, each taking you into a separate portion of the store but still connecting you to the entire shop. One portion is shoes, and the other two are dedicated to clothing and accessories of differing brands. We stopped by to browse and started with the shoes but decided against spending $70 on a pair of flip flops. We ventured into the clothing areas and found the pricing a bit high for all things from shirts to hats, shorts to coolers. They had a small glasses display with Ray-Ban's, but again they were priced slightly higher than the website, and since I did not need them immediately, I passed. My nephew did purchase a hat, which I supported. The hats were in wide variety from colors to design, so I appreciated the purchase. Service was a bit lacking. We were in the store for well over 20 minutes and I was not spoken to one time by an Associate. Overall, Hy's Toggery is quintessential PCB vibes and a good spot to wander around in when visiting Pier Park. Disappointed in the service, or lack thereof. This combined with prices being a bit higher than retail make it a hard sell to scoop up goods from. But, with that, the quality is there. So, give and take.

Larger than your normal tourist trap shops and one you can actually find some decent prices at so you can get souvenirs in the form of shirts, bracelets, key chains, etc without braking the bank. On our most recent trip the babies got some pcb shirts and the older girls got some namesake jewelry and clothing items as well. Overall a pretty nice shop that is large and spacious. 1-Star Review - Very Disappointed…read more We had a very disappointing experience at Paradise Found at the Pier in Panama City Beach. Our daughters purchased a sweatshirt from the store, and after washing it only one time according to the care instructions, the sweatshirt developed a large stain on the back and the colors changed significantly. For a brand-new sweatshirt to look like this after one wash is extremely disappointing. We brought the sweatshirt back to the store expecting them to stand behind the product, but they refused to exchange it or provide a refund. We were left with a sweatshirt that was essentially ruined after one wash and no willingness from the store to make it right. I understand that stores have policies, but when a product clearly has a quality issue after being washed once, I believe a business should stand behind what it sells. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was just as disappointing as the quality of the sweatshirt. Very disappointed with both the product and the way the situation was handled. We will not be purchasing from Paradise Found at the Pier again.
