There is a thin woman with a raspy voice who works in (or manages) that department, and every interaction with her is unpleasant. She's consistently rude, dismissive, and acts as if any basic question is an interruption. If she's folding clothes and you ask for help, she reacts as though you're inconveniencing her. On multiple visits, I've asked about a single club regrip while I shop, and she responds with visible annoyance and a rundown of how busy she supposedly is--only for me to return 10 minutes later and find her chatting with coworkers. I've had other Dicks employees regrip a club for me in less than 10 minutes. She is, frankly, a terrible representative for Dick's Sporting Goods, and her attitude is the primary reason I will not be returning to this store.

Installed with some help from fellow campers in the resort we were at and it was awesome to feel the cold air again. Did I get an apology? Hell no the manager just said "oh he's new" as if that was a valid excuse. This is how they treat paying customers so I would advise shopping elsewhere. I placed an order online of around $5k, and a significant portion of that order arrived incorrect - missing parts where it says the part was delivered - double counting/delivery (& double charging) of other items - item descriptions that are misleading (chairs that claim to ship with mounting hardware but arrive with nothing). The online store also made a big mistake with my bank causing about $1900.00 of my money to be held by W.M. for 6 days after the order was cancelled. If I had a good alternative to W.M. with as large an inventory, I would not use W.M. at all. But I don't have another good option that I know of (yet), so I'm stuck with W.M. for now. I guess they know that, and that's probably why they don't care about good customer service.

We caught so many fish in 4.5 hours we were having to take breaks due to exhaustion from fighting the whoppers we were reeling in. We limited out on Red Snapper in no time and caught Mahi and other types as well, 135 lbs of fish total. All of this was done on an afternoon when other boats were bringing in far fewer fish...they were staring at our bounty in awe as Captain Dave was hanging the fish on the board to take a picture for us. For seasoned veterans or beginners like us I couldn't recommend Reel Contenders any higher. We will definitely be going out with Captain Dave on our next trip back to Panama City!!
