I tried to purchase a 4 inch decal through their website last year, which was on sale for like $3 and with the discount code it was like $2. When it came time to check out, I got to shipping and the only options that were available were UPS and the cheapest option was $12. I contacted Garnet and Gold to ask why their only shipping options were UPS and why they would charge $12 to ship a decal and they said that their site should have had USPS options, which I showed a screen shot that it didn't, they sent a free shipping code. When I entered the free shipping code, it said the code wasn't valid. When I tried to reach back out, they couldn't say why the code didn't work and said that there must be an issue with their website and to check back soon. It's now almost a year later and the website still only has UPS listed as their only shipping option. Normally, I wouldn't complain because I LOVE Garnet and Gold and usually I'd just buy it from another source, but Garnet and Gold is the only place that has this particular decal. For me, trying to purchase via their website has been a nightmare and I wouldn't suggest it, but if you go to the store in person, it's fantastic!

Max -- a manager -- offered the kind of exemplary customer service that is comparable to Tallahassee's former iconic athletic shoe store, Shaw's. I have been a serious fitness walker for over 30 years and need to replace my shoes about every year. I usually wear Nikes, yet have been finding it increasingly challenging to find shoes that work well. The ideal by which I measure all athletic shoes is my old discontinued Nike Turbo Max Zoom from about seven years ago. Nike unfortunately discontinued that shoe. Since then, after I have found shoes that work, Nike changes the model after about a year. This year, after visiting numerous stores, shopping online, and returning a number of shoes, I had found nothing that worked well until today. At Fleet Feet, Max used 3-D imaging to measure my feet and analyze my gait. Then he analyzed that data to narrow down and choose an offer options. He also carefully listened, took my feedback seriously, and patiently and diligently used his expertise and impressive experience with products to find a shoe that worked for my feet and that I would actually enjoy wearing. After over an hour of trying on and testing about a half dozen pairs, I surprisingly settled on Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25. In addition, Max helped me find the shoe in a snazzy plum raisin design that is similar to my trusty Turbo Zooms. Thank you to Max and Fleet Feet of Tallahassee. I'm grateful they offer in-person, knowledgeable customer service and actually made shopping for shoes a pleasant experience.

Saw a good selection of Hokas and Asics.Couldn't find my fave DS trainers but was still worth a look. They also had a small selection of Garmin watches and sunnies for outdoor training.
