The purchase was very close to $600 and when I asked if I could return it, I was told that it could be returned, except for the insole shoe pads. That seemed reasonable so I completed my purchase. After nearly 30 days, I did not get anywhere close to the relief I wanted. I went to the store today (6-18-26) and was told they are not refundable and since I didn't buy the top of the line package there was no adjustment. I was told that since it is classified as a medical device no refund is possible. This was never mentioned during the sale process. I can trade it in on the full package as a credit against $1600, but why would anyone do that when you got minimum relief from the beginning. I have found that the Dr. School's insoles work just as well for 1/10th the price of The Good Feet Store. The receipt says that you have 30 days to make the adjustment, but in no way is that a refund. I am out close to $600.00. Just a warning to be 100% sure TGF Store arch supports will work 100% for you! They are not returnable. What a scam!!!!!!

I selected 2 pairs of shoes for my son and was ready to check out when I noticed white wedges. I tried one shoe and asked associate to them me the other shoe; she got the shoe I was trying on and went to storage room to get the other shoe. When she came back she informed me that those shoes are no longer available and other associate is saving it for her friend... I am a customer here now and willing to buy it now, since I've been trying them on... she started arguing with me. When I said that it's unprofessional and I will complain she said she doesn't care and good luck with that. They all were laughing making me uncomfortable and humiliated! I was willing to spend over $200 and left without spending a dimes solely for mistreatment of customers at this store. Highly suggest Management to look into this matter.

The security guard followed my kids around the outlets until I got there and told me Mountain High Outfitters had them on video stealing something and they were going to prosecute. I allowed the security guard to check all receipts and look through all bags. He found no evidence of theft. The security guard escorted me and the kids back to the store at which time I looked at the security footage. My son (mixed race) entered the building and she showed me him exiting the building and looked back at my other son and left. That was what she based her assumption that he had stolen something on. I told her it was because he was black that she was accusatory. She replied, "I knew you would say that". He did not steal from this store and the footage shows that as well as the security guard going through all of our bags. Racist.
