The customer service was excellent. From the moment I walked in the salesperson who greeted me, Tyler, asked what he could help us with and did just that! He fitted my kids and stayed around after he got their shoes in case we needed anything else. He even threw the ball with my 2 year old while the older ones were requiring my attention. Employees like that are much appreciated to us Mothers with multiple children.

Glow lights was a 3ft light bar just sitting on bottom of each side of the kayak. The person in front had no lights. She had to use her phone light to see. It was very windy, too windy for someone who has not done that before so we ended up staying by the dock in 2-4ft water. Bottom of kayak was so scratched up hard to see through. Left light board kept going off. The only picture took was on outside of the kayak.

A woman answered and hung up, so I called a different number on the website. A man answered and asked if I was in front of a "big ass white building". He then told me he was the boyfriend of the owner and his step son would be there soon. We went around back to a kayak on the ground and waited. Around 8:15pm the step son came up to us. He was obviously intoxicated and he said he did not have any reservations that evening. We showed our email and he said he would prepare the kayaks. The vibe was sketch. We walked over to the pick up truck he was in and noticed his buddy in the passenger seat was nodded out with a needle visible in the door handle. There were empty twisted tea cans littered in the back of the truck. The glow lights he was charging were dollar store lights. The glow kayaks are a joke, there are no life jackets and it was not safe. There is no way this guy would have been able to jump into action if there was an emergency. We called the number on the email confirmation and asked for our money back. She asked why and then argued with me about how it was safe and noting wrong with the situation. We disputed the charges with the credit card company. Everyone we spoke to seemed high.
