I find a lot of bras and ESPECIALLY underwear but this weekend I went shopping there with my mom who lives in New York, she's a DDD and she can't find hardly any bras her size and if they are they are kinda ugly,the underwear is AMAZING they have a wide selection with beautiful underwear, I don't think I will find a more comfortable company to buy underwear EVER,just one more thing, there are MEN working there too ‍ when you go in a dressing room they start knocking on your door checking if your ok, I don't mind a woman doing this BUT A MAN?!? Very disappointed. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Two us went in to get fitted and purchase bras since we've both lost weight. We were able to get sized and we're recommended styles. That was the end of the workers help. The size suggested by the worker did not fit, she did not offer to help me or my friend when we stated that did not fit. She went back behind the counter and sorted merchandise. I attempted to ask her for help but she was extremely rude, passive and unfriendly. My friend and I spent about a hour trying to size and help ourselves. Still we're not approached or checked in with by the associates working. Even when they saw and heard us discussing trying to find sizes, the bras not fitting,etc. I was able to find ONE bra that fit but my friend left empty handed still unsure other size. We both left extremely frustrated and not sized correctly. Probably one of, if not the worst shopping experience that I've had. read more

I went to Soma today to be measured and purchase several bras. I've lost weight and needed to replace the soma bras I have been wearing. Very dissatisfied! The employee measures me and handed me one bra, It did not fit. And that is where her help ended. I spent another hour trying to find a size and style that would work. The employee stayed behind the counter working with merchandise, she never attempted to help or ask if I needed assistance! Unfortunately I left and purchased nothing! Very disappointed! read more

So disappointing. Finally decided to spend a little more and try Soma. Asked one of the ladies to measure me because I hadn't had it done after having kids. I don't know what she did, but somehow the band is cutting into my rib cage while at the same time I'm swimming around in the cups. I'm sure it's at least 1 or 2 sizes off. My fault for trusting the employee and for not coming back to exchange/return but I definitely won't be wearing this bra again. read more

This was my first time in a Soma, as I have heard such great things about their products. As a person of color, I was treated differently in the store. Others in the store were told of different specials, and when I tried to ask a salesperson about a promotional sign, I was met with condensing answers. I wasn't offered any additional help in the store. I put my garment back and let them know that I didn't like the way that I was being spoken to. I will visit the Soma in Atlanta where I am from. first off, when they sized me they said i was a 38D. turns out, i am a 36G. if you're going to claim to measure people maybe try to do it correctly? second, for a store that claims to be inclusive of all sizes, the bras they have for anything DD+ are ugly tan grandma bras. may as well order online read more

Must admit, after adjusting to the new bras I bought I like them. The first couple of days I thought I'd return them because they seemed uncomfortable when In fact I think they just fit better than what I was wearing. I have been a Victoria's Secret girl for a long time and definitely needed a change. The service here was good, though I wasn't offered to be measured or anything and the salesclerk totally up sold me, I bought 4...yes I'm a sucker. Overall the selection was good, prices fair and service ok too. Think I'll stick with this brand for awhile. read more

Very very very disappointed. Soma claims to be a company with a wide variety of sizes of bras. I have gone twice and been told they don't have my size in stock but will be getting it in. They only carry larger cup sizes in hideous giant grandma tan bras. As a 32 G at 22 I would really like to feel sexy and young. The lady who helped me was not helpful. She did not offer to tape me at all or even look at the bras I tried on to get a better idea of my needs. Thank goodness I can tell when one does not fit because she was no help. I also asked for color as I have a million tan bras and she only brought me tan. Soma needs to carry more in every size since they claim to carry a variety. Essentially it seems like a Victoria Secret with its limited sizing. read more
