They had none in my size and only one color available. I won't look for athletic shoes again at Dick's. Regarding service, they brought the men's shoe out right away. It took a while for them to bring out anything for me to try on. After we tried on the shoes, we never saw the salesperson again.

I've been…read morein this store quite a few times and they typically have a HUGE selection of Stanley, Yeti, Owala, and Hydroflask drinking vessels in addition to other brands. Today as I browsed around, I noted that the store was overwhelmed with World Cup gear which is cool, but the merchandise that I saw, including Jerseys, t-shirts, shorts, etc., was really crowded and disorganized and it looked like the Tasmanian Devil had whirled himself through it. The aisles were also impossibly packed with stuff, and it made passing other customers an obstacle course. Anyway, I also walked past the flip-flops with the intention of possibly purchasing a new pair for the summer. Leather Olukais were almost $90, simple Havaianas were over $40, and plastic Birks were $50. Needless to say, I didn't buy any... I'll stick with my beloved & comfy Reefs that I bought last summer. Finally, I walked over the water bottles... There was one type of Stanley straws available and they were $11.25. I looked online and the same straws were originally priced at $15 , but were on sale for $9. There were no Stanley "boots" in the store, so I couldn't get one of those. They had some made by another brand, and a few Owala ones, but none of the colors worked with my tumbler. So I just decided to get the straws. I asked the cashier if they honor online prices, and she said they did which I appreciated. She looked at my phone and said, "oh these other straws are the ones that are on sale." I said, "these straws (in my hand) are the only ones that you have in the store." And then she agreed to give me the discount... Keep in mind that the prices of the same item were different online vs. in store, and then the higher priced straws were discounted even further. Buyer beware... I left the store with my straws in hand, and a burning desire not to return to this store again, unless I absolutely have to, as the shopping experience was mediocre in my opinion. Mahalo!

While browsing, I received a call from a Deaf friend and began communicating with him in American Sign Language. An employee named Aya approached me and asked whether I intended to make a purchase. I politely explained that I did and that I was simply finishing my conversation. Despite that explanation, she repeatedly questioned me about whether I was going to buy something. She reminded me that the store closed at 9:00 p.m., and I responded that it was only about 8:25 p.m. and that I still had plenty of time to complete my purchase. Even after I explained that I was almost done with my conversation, she continued pressing the issue and suggested that I take my conversation elsewhere. The interaction made me feel unwelcome, pressured, and uncomfortable enough that I decided not to make a purchase at all. I left the store and intend to raise my concerns with corporate because I do not believe customers should be repeatedly questioned after clearly stating that they intend to buy something.

Luckily I had a spare tube, but unluckily I didn't have my 18mm wrench to remove the rear wheel. They said they could do it, and I dropped the bike off. They closed in two hours and said it would be done by 5. Walked by about an hour later (no call), and the bike was in the store and done. Go inside and no one was in the store, but I heard someone in the back. After a few minutes we looked in the back and asked if the bike was done. It was, and it was $20 for the fix. I was happy with that! Started riding out of OB, and by the time we hit Morena area, something felt off. Looked down and the tire looked soft. Within 5 more minutes it was dead flat. Had to call for a ride all the way back home. Today I looked at the tire closely with a flashlight and saw that they never removed the tiny piece of metal in the tire that caused the flat. Took the wheel off and put pressure in the tube, only to find the leak was on the inner (rim side) of the tube. Nothing sharp on the rim, so they must have messed up on the install. Why replace a tube and not inspect the tire? And a bike shop that installs a tube wrong that causes a flat? Gave this place 2 stars just for the fact that I'm only out $20
