    Prism Kite Tube Tail

Victor has been in busy for over 52 years and in his 80s is still passionate about his work! Victor and his son gave me a fantastic deal on tails for my kite. He also does kite repairs with parts that no one else has on hand. So if you want to support small business and buy a quality made product (Prism), this is your store. Also, if you look on Prism's website, kite country is an authorized dealer. Moreover, Victor will beat any price in town. I will definitely be back for more.

Friendly service. Store sells big and small kite equipment. They have a small inventory of kiteboarding gear, but if you are looking for kite parts for your older kite gear, i bet they have it!

This store is a hidden gem and lately I've been telling everyone about it. I got into duel line stunt kites 2-3 years ago and had ordered a Prism Quantum from Amazon because I didn't Kite Country existed. When I was researching how to get a replacement part for my kite, that's when I found this awesome store. The part I needed, Prism no longer made and another part I needed would have cost a lot and taken weeks to arrive. Well the kite guru Victor custom made me both parts within 20 minutes and then I was back out flying within that hour. I've now been back to his store 6-10 times for any kite needs and his prices are very competitive. I just picked up a second 75 foot tail to make my kite even more psychedelic. Each time chatting with Victor I get valuable lessons on how to improve. I can't say enough great things about this store. Please support this small family owned business, spread the word and don't let business like Amazon take away sales.

Thank you for fixing my kite, it looks beautiful :)

This kite establishment is run by a kite Guru and is a goldmine, plain and simple. Look no further for any kite tips or supplies.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Golf Galaxy regarding a recent shaft installation…read more I brought in a brand new Mitsubishi Tensei 1K Black 65g stiff shaft to have a TaylorMade adapter installed for my SIM2 driver. The club was professionally installed by their team. On the very first session using it, the shaft snapped at the tip after a normal drive (not a mishit into the ground or anything abusive). A break at the tip immediately after installation strongly suggests improper installation -- most commonly excessive heat during adapter install or structural damage to the tip. This is not normal wear and tear, especially for a premium shaft like this. I brought it back to the store the same day, and they refused to take any responsibility or even meaningfully inspect the installation quality. I was essentially told it was my fault, despite the failure occurring right where installation work was performed. I understand accidents can happen, but the complete lack of accountability or willingness to help resolve the issue is what makes this experience unacceptable. When you trust a retailer with professional club work, you expect a basic level of responsibility if something goes wrong -- especially immediately after service. I would strongly recommend being cautious when using this location for club repairs or shaft installs. Based on my experience, there is little protection for the customer if something goes wrong.
