After emailing back and forth, Janey told me that they rarely do tastings. How can a consumer trust that their food would be yummy on their wedding day if they aren't able to sample the food? I would be a little worried about possible food poisoning. After several attempts of emailing Janey, and giving both her and the receptionist our availability to schedule a tasting, Janey just stopped communicating all together. I can understand a busy schedule (hello, I work and attend two schools full-time AND am planning a wedding!), but to just simply stop communicating with a potential consumer reflects poorly on a company. A simple email would have at least helped. They were still available to cater our wedding since they claim to have hired someone recently who would be able to assist us. However, if I have to be the one who's always emailing and contacting a company, I think I'll find someone else who would be worth working with and spending our hard earned money on. The photos and presentation are pretty, but that's just it. We hope other couples won't run into this problem when planning their wedding, and I hope this review will help them in understanding that customer service goes A LONG WAY!

Parents were not permitted to observe the program, and when I asked staff for a detailed breakdown of the curriculum and daily schedule, I was unable to get a clear explanation of what the children were learning or accomplishing throughout the week. My son also mentioned that children ate lunch on the floor and that there were ants present in the eating area, which raised concerns about cleanliness and supervision. When I contacted the camp to discuss my concerns, I did not feel that they were adequately addressed. Instead of receiving specific information about the program, I was told that other children were enjoying themselves. While it's great that children are having fun, I enrolled my son in this camp because it was marketed as an educational experience, and I expected a stronger academic component for the price. As a result, I chose to withdraw my son from the program. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain a refund. Parents considering this camp may want to ask detailed questions about the daily schedule, instructional time, and learning objectives to ensure the program aligns with their expectations.

My husband and I thought she was very professional and experienced since she was considered one of the listed vendors at our venue. I never made such an impulsive purchase, but I immediately asked for the contract and sent her the deposit that afternoon. One thing I liked about Jackie was the fact that I was able to text her anytime and any day if I had a question or needed something. Not only was she responsive, she would ask around if she didn't have the answer. The month before our big day, we had our meeting to go over details and timeline. She made sure to reach out to every single one of our vendors so everyone was on the same page. The week of the wedding was hectic for us, but she was made sure her timeline matched our photographer and everything was in place. I also had chargers that I wanted for every guest, and she made that happen! On our big day, she arrived to the venue at 2:30pm, so she could make sure all the vendors were there. When we arrived around 4pm, she made sure the bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony since we didn't have rehearsal the day before. She checked in with us throughout the night and gave us a heads up before the next agenda. She orchestrated the entire night so effortlessly that I felt at ease. If I could give Jackie more than 5 stars, I would! She was the best impromptu decision I've made throughout our entire wedding process. I'm so glad she was part of our wedding and cannot thank her enough!!!
