Who does a great job and she used to get that person every time but the last two times she went in she gets this older lady and she said that she has very bad hygiene. She has really bad BO and she handles her very roughly when treading her eyebrows she kept hitting her nose and pulling on her forehead. My girlfriend told her that it was very uncomfortable and she kept saying she was sorry with a thick accent. She will no longer be going there. She's super sweet and ensures a great experience. Rupa and the other ladies are great too. They offer hand sanitizer at the beginning so you can clean your hands before touching your face to hold the skin tight during threading. In between, they provide a handheld mirror to confirm you're happy with the shape, so you're not surprised at the end.
