I am not one to leave bad reviews, but my experience definitely makes me feel like it is necessary to warn customers of this business. To begin with do not come here unless you want your extensions glued to your eyelids. Every time I blink it's hurts due to the fact that kayla glued the extensions on my actual eyelids. I can feel the tugging and it's very uncomfortable and painful to blink. I've had plenty of sets done elsewhere in the past and I've never had a set feel this painful, in fact most of the times I can't even feel the extensions on my eyes. I called ahead of time to schedule my appointment and to confirm that they had the extensions I was interested in. I was interested in classic set using c curl individual lash extensions thicker than .05. I was told they did not have any individual lashes thicker than .05. I asked if I could bring in my own and was told yes. Upon my arrival I requested a classic set using the lashes I brought in (c curl individual lash .25) I was very specific with what I wanted ( classic set using individual extension on individual lash) and even showed Kayla a picture of a specific lash map. Not only were my lashes glued to my eyelid, but kayla also made clusters with the individual lashes even though I specifically asked for individual lash application to achieve a classic natural look. Needless to say I was very disappointed and frustrated by this experience. My set did not look natural at all due to the clusters she created specially considering that the lashes were already thicker as is. I chose to visit this establishment due to convenience in distance from my home, but I will never return here again. I've removed most lashed with a pair of tweezers to get relief from all of the tugging and have completely wasted 80 dollars( including 10 dollar tip) , an hour and a half of my time and the lashes I personally bought. read more

I regret to say my experience with PNP Lashes was disappointing, despite the fact that the staff were nice and the place was clean. I found that the lashes didn't last and began to fall off prematurely, which aligns with what others have mentioned. Additionally, I experienced puffy, swollen eyes and a burning sensation. After consulting my eye doctor and another lash specialist, I learned that the technique used at PNP Lashes is problematic. They were gluing the extensions directly onto the skin instead of properly layering them on my natural lashes, which is the standard for quality lash extensions. I wish I could recommend this service based on the friendly staff and clean environment, but my experience with the lashes was not satisfactory. read more

Cindy was kind and professional. However, my issue is the technique and application of the lash extension. The amount of adhesive used is thick and bulky which irritated my natural lashes the very next day. There was a minor miscommunication between Cindy and I when it came to what I wanted to achieve vs her understanding/interpretation of my desirability. In the end, I asked if she can fill in more lashes because her set ended up looking like a wispy light full set. She accepted my request and filled additional lashes. I think this is where it got sloppy which compromised the quality of her work. A good chunk of lashes fell the minute I left the shop and onwards. It has only been 2 days but I believe it's the amount of adhesive applied that is leaving my eyes feeling irritated. A breakdown what I paid: $20 for deposit to secure booking (zelle) $67 was charged to my account (which I believe included lash removal, lash extension) $10 tips Total = $87 excluding tips None of it was worth it based on my experience. In any case, I'll have to spend more to get it removed. read more

It literally pains me to write this review bc the girls are so sweet & I truly loved my lashes every time HOWEVER PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE ABT COMING HERE. I had an absolutely awful thing happen It was my first time ever having lash extensions and I was loving it UNTIL..... I asked about after care and they said just no water directly on the face. I was like yeah...but what about when I take my make up off ....they said "Just clean around the area with a Q-tip" I asked about make up remover's or cleansers and they said "no no no only clean around or they will fall off" I still tried my best to use oil free micellar water and clean as best I could Which should have been a huge RED FLAG in itself. Especially bc I KNOW BETTER. I do brow lamination and other treatments and there is ALWAYS aftercare instructions. The more lash sets I got the more UNCOMFORTABLE and itchy and irritated my eyes got! Again I mentioned this happening and asked about aftercare...I got the same instructions. Just clean around or don't wear make up...which is super un-reasonable LOL like at some point girls are going to wear make up let's be honest....they also would just say "it's the weather bc it's hot then cold hot then cold" Then one day woke up and my eyes were puffy, burning, in pain, swollen, red, it was absolutely AWFUL! My client is an eye doctor and she told me to take them off immediately and that wherever I went was not using safe practices and they are also applying it directly to my lash line causing my glands to be blocked or something like that and that will cause infections + irritation. I went back to get them removed. This was immediately after a NEW SET (2 days old). When they removed them it was SO PAINFUL. Not to mention I had NO LASHES LEFT. And the ones standing were teeny tiny. I legit think they CUT them. I could hear snipping but I mean what was I going to do?? That or lose my eyesight?? I will post a pic I took a couple days after putting on antibiotic drops & ointment multiple times throughout the day which significantly helped but still looked crazy! I was too embarrassed to even take a pic freshly after. Oh & they refused to refund me aside from this. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. PLS PLS PLS BE CAREFUL LADIES!! also had to walk around with puffy red swollen eyes and NO LASHES for months. Not worth it read more

I've been coming to PNP Lashes with Aleena for about 5 months & I can't see myself going anywhere else. There is no hassle when it comes to booking with her, which is very convenient for my mom who is on a busy schedule. The shop itself is very clean & decorated nicely, we are always welcomed with a warm smile by her and her mother. They've also just added chairs for pedicures & a manicure station. LASHES: Aleena is very gentle when applying the lashes, I'm convinced I take the best naps when I'm laying there! When it comes down to the quality of lashes, as long as you follow the aftercare steps the retention is amazing. I regularly go every 2 weeks as recommended but they definitely could last longer than that. When I go in for fills she never leaves any gaps, even when some tend to fall throughout the week (which is natural) they still look full & fluffy. I've only ever done my lashes with Aleena, but her sister does lashes here as well. Was super excited to try out a local lash business especially after reading all these great reviews about Kayla and Aleena. Kayla was my lash artist and although it looked great- the application was SO irritating! I spotted another review mentioning something about them applying lashes onto your skin, and it's true!! My lashes are stemmed right from my skin, and usually after 1-2 days after I wake up - my eyes are in pain and I can tell they are starting to swell. I've been getting my lashes done here since October of 2020. Before I was going to some hole in the wall nail salon that did them for $35 but they were so irritating and painful to have and looked unnatural 100% but I couldn't afford no $100 for some nice natural looking ones. My friend recommended me to PNP and showed how affordable and how good the lashes come out. I went and I have been going back for fills ever since. I forgot mascara even exist for how long I've kept up with my lashes because I love them so much! Them being affordable is just a plus but they always come out amazing, weightless, and not painful. They did not listen to what I wanted at all and made my lashes so thick and the opposite of What I showed them

I really wanted to like this place, the lashes look really nice and the prices are low but the major problem is that they glue the lashes directly onto your eyes. Lash techs should be isolating and gluing onto each individual lash. My eyes were very irritated the whole time i had them. If i closed my eyes too hard I could feel the lashes poking my eyelids and my eyes burned every time i took a shower. They said that it was normal for it to burn (it's not). I had to remove them early because I was scared it would damage my eyes. Sorry, but if you want good quality i would not recommend this place. read more
