Every month they have their special buys which can end up quite the steal, like a broom and dustpan for $3 or a pair of sawhorses for $20. Another big positive is the aisle of various screws, nuts, and bolts. Unlike many store where you have to buy a big box of nuts, I was able to buy only two replacement nuts for my weedwacker. I had two employees ask if they could help me. I thought I knew what I needed but another came and asked if he could help me and he took me right to the plumbing item I was looking for and was knowledgeable about what I was trying to do. I had had several issues at this location. For example my online order got declined and I had to come into the store to get my money back and they said they had to put an IT ticket in. Came back a few days later and a new worker gave me the money back. Another instance was renting an 8 foot pick up truck. 2 hours before the reservation it got declined saying it was out of stock. I drive by saw the truck went in and said yeah you can rent there no one using it today. If they aren't straight up ignoring you at the counter they are hiding in the aisles on their phones. There are a small amount of works that are helpful and know what they are talking about. Bless them but I'm so sorry what you have to work with.

They have something for every repair, whether its a cable for a door, misc. bolts and nuts to fiberglass repair. If you are having trouble finding something they are always willing to help. A little bit more pricey than the name brand stores, but I rather pay a little extra for good service and good experience.
