John came to the house, with samples for pet carpeting, we walked thru the areas to carpet and he measured and proposed pricing. We selected Mohawk carpeting (Not cheap) with 25 yr warranty, but was below Carpet Concepts pricing for steps only. Carpeting totaled two stairways wall to wall, landing and added complete bedroom. Work was agreed to start two (2) weeks later, work was started and completed within two (2) weeks. Workers were no-nonsense and immediately dug in taking over five (5) hours of hard work.
