Unfortunately, I cannot write a positive review about Riemer's work and behaviors. Overall, the…read moreexperience working with them could be worthy of a show named "renovation from hell". I hired Dan Riemer for a medium size project that included: creating a laundry room, adding a bathroom, removing a cumbersome circular staircase to create a comfortable stairwell as well as demolishing an old deck to build a new one. Dan took the project pledging that it would take 2-3 months and committing to have 2 working teams on the project. It went well for the initial 2 months, while demolition and hard construction just started. After this, it just became a nightmare. They did not show up for weeks at a time and construction got delayed beyond imagination. False promises were made over and over about the work being completed, but nothing got accomplished. After 6 months and hard construction not being completed on a single item of the project, I decided to terminate this madness. Obviously, I requested to get some money back for the work that was paid and not executed - They are now just ignoring any attempt to communicate, and I have not seen a single $ back. The construction is of mediocre quality as attested by the photos attached to this review. I highly recommend you staying away from Riemer construction and would be happy to give details to anyone seeking more information on this review.

I was unaware of the terrible review that someone left him because my experience with him was outstanding. He did a 3 acre fence as well as two patios, pathways, stone foundation, Concrete floor, outside, concrete enclosure, and many other things. I have only nice things to say about him. His price was very good and the value was amazing for what I spent. He was always here and he let me know if he wasn't going to be here, but he was basically here the entire time unless it was raining. He even did a roof that was ready to collapse and worked in the rain. My experience with Dan and his 2 sons is really really good and I would highly recommend him.

First, you moved the dryer away from the wall so work could begin. Your worker began with cleaning out the duct and hose. That was followed with cleaning the pieces that were clogged. Moreover I had to go out of town the next four days. JRM LLC took my phone call when I was out of town and went to the house immediately to make an estimate. They clearly explained what had to be done and why. The next day they had a crew there doing an emergency job. The rate charged was fair. Communication was excellent by phone and by smartphone photos. When we returned home we saw the work quality was outstanding. Rock solid. The deck repair looked better even than before it was broken!
