Highest praises all around for Sheeley Roofing! We were about 30yrs in on a drab brown 3-tab…read moreshingle that had lived its full life. After dealing with several contractors who took weeks to confirm a site visit for an estimate and then NEVER getting back with a price, we called Sheeley upon seeing their ad in the Bluestone Press. Kelly got back right away to schedule an appointment with General Manager Steve, who came out and walked us through the process, giving a clear breakdown of pricing and answering any questions that arose along the way. Day of install, the crew was incredible - fast and precise with safety a top priority (ropes/harnesses etc.). Front and back of the house was draped with debris nets, protecting flower beds and siding during demo. Garrett, project manager and liaison between crew and homeowner, was very affable and kept us informed on the progress. By mid-morning the roof was off and ice and water shield was going on. By 5:30 the shingles were on and the yard was swept, even utilizing a wheeled magnet to syphon any rogue nails that may have landed in the grass. The charcoal architectural shingle with black drip edge looked sharp with clean edges, giving our home a more modern look while not breaking the bank. Sheeley offers an incredible decades-long warranty on their roofs, which is even transferable to future owners should you decide to sell. It's amazing to watch a crew firing on all cylinders and complete a project in one day - only wish we had set up a time-lapse! Hands down a great experience and we can't recommend them enough. Look around on your next drive and see all the Sheeley signs at the end of driveways - there's a reason for that!

We had Sheeley re-do our roof this February. They were fantastic. The roof was previously…read moreshingled with 3 layers of shingles (not my doing) and had some water damage underneath. Therefore, they had to remove the 3 layers, replace some of the plywood, and then replace the gutter-covers. They did a great job. They were very professional, finished faster than they said they would, and ended up charging us less than they initially said they would. One thing that really impressed me was that when something fell on a railing on our porch and cracked it, as soon as I pointed that out Sheeley agreed to replace it without hesitation, they went out purchased the replacement, and installed it without me having to lift a finger. When a company lives up to their mistakes like that it really shows their true value. These guys were not the cheapest option out there, but they were very well worth the extra cost.

Any questions or concerns I had with regards to the project were answered expeditiously. One worker, Osmine, is meticulous and diligent . He's an absolute pleasure to have on the job. They all work together hard to finish the project. I had my basement walls and floor painted and sealed with DryLock- beautiful work. The exterior stonework needed repair and they did great with respect to matching the old grout color from 1995. I was pretty amazed how they were able to do it so perfectly. They clean up after themselves leaving no construction debris. I will definitely use this company again and already have a project set aside for them. 10/10 review... a fantastic construction company. I will use photos at a later date.

It was made worse when a dangerous type of mold was found once we got down to the studs. Nurzia was AMAZING! From CJ helping me navigate the horrible and confusing world of my insurance company, to Rob PM'ing the job beyond every expectation, to the team going above and beyond anything I'd ever experienced before, Nurzia was there and they were on top of it. The only thing worse than renovating is repairing/restoration, and if I ever (hopefully not) have to do one of them again, I would be thrilled to have Nurzia take the helm. I really can't say enough good things about them. They were recommended to me as one of my insurer's top accredited contractors (a heavy bar to pass in any/all states), and I am so so happy to have worked with them.

We scheduled an appointment for the next day. When he arrived he was extremely knowledgeable in his field, personable, and honest. He looked at everything I asked and went on the roof to check things out. He gave me so many pointers, tips and ideas on how to do the work ourselves. He even gave me pieces of equipment needed without asking for anything in return. It is so hard to find a decent person these days that isn't trying to get over on you. If I ever need anything done roofing/siding/gutter wise he will be the only person I contact. Also, knowing we recently moved here and have a 6 year old, he gave me numerous places we could take her; such as aquariums, zoos, trails, etc. All these things he did not have to do but DID. I highly recommend him for all your roofing needs!

Xterior Solutions re-roofed my house at the end of July 2020…read more I learned of Xterior Solutions from my next-door neighbor who was impressed and well satisfied with their work. The Xterior Solutions process, from first contact to completion, was professional, knowledgeable and well directed. At the outset, the salesman knew his product and effectively gathered details in his first visit: He looked thoroughly at the roof and took drone photography. Pricing seemed reasonable; timeframe suited my needs. The roofing team - project manager and roofers - were impressive: they knew precisely what they were doing and got it done in little over a day. (The job also included roof insulation, done by another company - in that same 1 1/2 days.) The crew worked quickly, quietly. Clean-up included using a magnetic sweep to gather nails and staples that might have fallen to the ground, along with every bit of trash. My surrounding gardens suffered no damage! It took 2 years to find a good roofer. The previous year I interviewed 3, chose one who was widely known and recommended. Five or 6 times he failed to show on the start dates. This year, I nailed it, choosing Xterior Solutions.

I can not recommend Xterior enough for the job they did on our home.
