At first, he seemed great, but we very quickly saw that he and his team had no clue what they were doing. We had to kick him off the job 1/4 of the way done. We went and filed against him in small claims court. Unfortunately, BOTH of the addresses we have associated with State of the Art Home Improvement are fake.
