We are very very happy we found Charlie DeMonterey of Just Bathrooms. We had been frustrated trying to find the right contractor for our master bathroom; no one seemed to know or demonstrate confidence on how to handle removing a sunken tub, rebuilding the floor, and replacing the tub with a regular one or how to handle Swanstone tub liner walls. Luckily, we found Charlie. He has years of experience, is friendly and professional, shows up when he says he will be at the house, texts and calls you back, offers helpful advice so you don't go "down the wrong hole," is meticulous, cleans up at the end of each day, and finishes the job right on time and at the quoted price. We were so thrilled with our extensive master bathroom renovation in March/April 2019 that we hired Charlie to do our upstairs guest bathroom renovation (less extensive) in August 2019. If/when he finds something unexpected, he takes the time to explain what is wrong and how to fix it. We discuss it with Charlie and approve the add-on, but we know it's the right thing so we don't have future problems. In addition to Charlie's expertise and attention to detail, he guarantees his work. If there are any problems, regardless how minor, he is back right away to remedy it. As an additional benefit, Charlie came to our house two months prior to starting the master bathroom job and checked every single new item (tub, vanity, vanity top, recessed mirrored cabinet, faucets, fixtures, etc.) to ensure there were no cracks, breaks, or other defects so that we'd have time to exchange in time for the project start.
