I called and spoke with Eric, the owner, and set up an appointment. I had spoken to several other companies who said they would service/repair the system but I would have to wait up to a month for them to come. Eric said he could come within a week. He arrived when he said he would and repaired what needed to be done and charged what he said he would charge. I have been using Natural Energy Solutions for over a year and each time I have contacted Eric he responds quickly and arrives when he says or, if there is a problem, he contacts me to let me know he will be late or needs to re-schedule. Eric is honest, knowledgable and skilled. I highly recommend Natural Energy Solutions for any sustainable energy needs you have: Geothermal, Wind, Solar.

The app is great too. Very happy and significantly reduced our energy bill. If the Trump Administration hadn't eliminated the Inflation Reduction Act, I was ready to install an even larger array. I can't imagine how many jobs that one decision he made has destroyed. It's the most anti-business and anti-American thing I've ever seen.

Maybe others are good at explaining technological problems in writing but, I'm not one. In the end, after considerable time and effort, I figured out the problem and worked to resolve it, not them.
