I'm female, which can mean being jerked around; sure enough, one place tried to charge four times more than the average price, and another came over, said he'd send an estimate, and disappeared. That was a good thing, though, as I met Kevin in between the two and knew I wanted to hire him. He was friendly and straightforward, came exactly when he said he would, sent a professional estimate with a great fair price, and answered all my subsequent questions. On installation day he was again prompt and efficient. He did the work in half the time I expected and cleaned up afterwards, leaving behind a job done right the first time and a very happy customer. Months later, everything is working perfectly. Five-star reviews sometimes make me think the subject's mom wrote them, but this business deserves every star available. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again.

Last year Steven (and co-worker) gave me some solid help help on some heater-boiler (or was it…read moreA/C?) functioning issues. Superb job. This year, cold weather, a few slips, and I have a situation with no heat and no water, wondering what might be busted. Steven has gone above and beyond, even in the telephone hand-holding, looking at the pics I sent by text, giving suggestions. And the hot water is up, the local company is gonna fix the meter spritz immediately, and we are working together to see if I will need help on the heat (any busted spots?) after I try to do certain warming techniques in the house after I had Love Effron prime the boiler. This is even without a visit needed so far (very busy holiday weekend, and a big $-saver for me.) Amazing would be a light way to describe the help Steve has given me, and I plan to turn over the maintenance and support of anything he handles, including some help in trying to set up sensors to help prevent future difficulties. The big thing ... he really cares about your problem .. getting it resolved .. sensibly. Thanks!
