Leon went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure every detail was checked and that no stones were left unturned. Furthermore, Leon kept me informed throughout the entire process. Leon would solicit my feedback and make any changes I requested. In fact, not only did he make any change I requested, but Leon also made these changes instantly. At the same time, Leon treated me with the utmost respect and provided me with VIP treatment. I simply cannot say enough good things about my positive experiences working with Leon. I have worked with various electricians on a myriad of projects and never before have had I had the opportunity to work with someone who listens as well as Leon. Leon not only listens, but he also ensures everyone involved is on the same page. Leon is the only electrician who I have ever dealt with that realizes how important communication is in the entire process. My only regret is that I did not have the opportunity to work with Leon sooner.

He's worked with everyone in the music industry (not naming names, but everyone), so whether you need a studio, a full house, a spa--he's your guy. But the reason I'm writing this review isn't just about his stellar work. After many years of being lucky enough to call Mike my electrician, today I got to call him a superhero. Now look, please don't expect this kind of thing if you're a new client--but today I had a total catastrophe (non-electric--think delivery truck chaos threatening to take out trees and possibly my house), and Mike, seeing me majorly panicking, stepped in and saved the day. No hesitation. He's a problem-solver extraordinaire (and really strong!!). He's also just a really proud dad and husband, and that energy shows in everything he does. I don't mean to sound cheesy, but you want this human on your team. If you're lucky enough to book him, you won't regret it. And for the practically minded--he's fair, efficient, and has a solid and reliable crew. Excellent work- the real deal. Thanks for saving me today, Mike!

Our contractor referred us to come here on Central Ave in Yonkers because of their reputation, quality and variety. Lights on Design was like a crisp breath of fresh air when we stopped in here. Main floor is mostly crystal grand chandeliers, attractive contemporary style lights, some 1960s-inspired and more. And, if you're on their website, you can shop by style, fixture type and browse through some of their inspiration gallery photos. Paula was a doll, showed us the upstairs filled with mostly pendant lighting, floor lamps and some smaller chandeliers. Since so much has changed in lighting trend, getting rid of our wrought iron dining area chandelier had to happen as well- especially since it has a country-chicish look I don't like anymore in my home. There's another lighting store on Central Avenue which we could've gone to- but based on reviews, so glad this place came out on top. Owner Glenn, was helpful, patient and friendly. Even when hubs and I didn't find what we wanted on their website, Paula helped locate it in their paper catalog. I loved how she gave us expert advice on how to choose fixtures and even determined which size was best for our space. She was our lighting whisperer.
