The estimate, while not cheap, was still reasonable considering that all the extras mentioned above were included and did not have to be "tacked on" to the original estimate. As another reviewer mention , we asked Mike to add another accent strip of tile as a bullnose and he was very accommodating and did not charge extra. Another plus was the timelines and neatness of Mike's work. He started when he said he would and worked everyday until 4, except the weekend, until the job was done. He was careful to cover the floors and clean up after each day. I am not an expert when it comes to bathroom renovations but I do have some construction knowledge and it appears that Mike Kraemer is a skilled contractor with a broad knowledge base who does not cut corners.

The assistant didn't have a clue about what was in the show room, but wanted to make copies of the sketches and lists we brought with us, which we refused. When we got home, I went on line and saw that Marni was busy hanging out with her friends elsewhere and couldn't be bothered to show up for her app't with us. We hired another company, needless to say.
