However I made my first call and the women Told me Brian would call, and he did call and left a voice message. However Unfortunately I couldn't return his call due to family issue. The next day the same women left me a message and quote said Brian has been trying to reach out to you and left a few messages! For the record I have all my in , out, and vm's logged on my phone. To me this this is a hard sell and don't lie, why? I called her ( I'll leave her name out of review) and told her this process of getting quotes from several contractors is hard enough and told her why were you a drama queen and lie about the number or reach outs?? There is no reason that this giant business that has near 5 star rating needs dirty tactics. ( what happened to hiring a good carpenter?) Now a days they have degrees from B.U. In architecture etc. Great, but the customer pays for their education. Peaks website wanted to hear from people so they can improve or correct any issue. Little did I know when renting said apartment, that the property had already been walked away from and was soon to be pursued by the bank. Landlord, also dba as Olympia, ignored most of my complaints. What complaints he did heed were quickly blamed upon me, such as the rotted plumbing that was backing up onto the bathroom floor due to it being fed into the backyard and not into the town's plumbing. As well, handshake agreement during lease signing to remove past tenants trash from side of house was ignored. Two months ago, after much pursuit by a trustee of the bank, an agent from the bank came to change the locks on the house; only to be thwarted by the police. Trying to leave the apartment now two months behind in rent and landlord is shamelessly, after grossly profiting from the rent, trying to recoup those two months rent. I'd assume that any business deal with this company is going to be risky, as proper facilities seem to not exist.
