I asked why it was still posted on CL if it was sold ( now for several days) and no apology was offered, just "oh, I'll tell so-and-so to take it down" this game has continued for another 10 days! very annoying and sketchy. One word. Honest…read more Why? Oscar does not try to up sell you or give you bs. He sincerely gives you advise. On top of it, he says it like it is and if he can't do it then he recommends someone else. Come on! Most places would be like "no, we don't do it. Bye" I needed a change in my back tire due to a nail, called him up and asked if he had time to do it. He said, sure! Come on by! --- life saver!! Didn't charge me for a premium or anything. Brought the bike over, ended up buying a set of tires and he got me in and out in 30-45mins in time for my meeting. My work schedule is outside of his shop time but he tries to accommodate me. He goes out of his way when I get to the shop after work close to 7pm so I can get my motorbike back. What!? That's fucking stellar service. The shop is next to Autozone, same side. A small opening, you could possibly miss it. The lot is shared with another car shop, he is at the end of the lot. Slow down, and you'll be able to catch it. New favorite, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. He treats me like any other motorcycle rider, not because I'm a female and I should be treated different. He keeps it 100% real. Thanks!

Both bikes are running really well after the work. I would love to highlight that Jason is not just exceptionally skilled mechanic but also his customer focused approach. He kept me up to date about the progress. He shared pictures of parts and measurements and explaining all the details and patiently answering all the questions I sending to him. He was handling sourcing of new parts for the 790 that have shown to be quite tricky with a shortage at this moment. I was very happy.
