We got our tickets online, however, when you arrive, you still have to go to the box office on the left after entering to get your paper tickets. They have snacks and beverages on the 1st floor. They offer a shot of alcohol in your hot cider or hot cocoa at the 1st floor concession stand. If you want beer or wine, you have to go to the concession stand upstairs. I believe the concession stand prices were a bit more reasonable than a normal movie theatre. The lines are long but they move super fast and the staff is phenomenally nice. We parked on the street and downloaded the parking meter app. They have a parking garage that is super close and I sort of wish we parked there. Will definitely return.

The theater itself was very nice with it's history, reminiscent of the small local movie theater I grew up with. Now the reason for only 3 stars was due to someone thinking that selling popcorn in paper bags was a good idea! During the first half of the play it was so annoying hearing the crunching and rustling of the paper bags. It's not like it was a movie that had loud speakers but it was during a play with live, speaking actors. Thankfully there wasn't anyone with in a few rows of us with popcorn. As loud as the bags were, I couldn't imagine sitting next to someone eating popcorn. Really a bad idea. Take away the popcorn or at least sell in cardboard tubs and the experience would have been sooooooo much better.

Huge upgrade from your typical theater experience. They also go beyond just movies. There's a full bar, real food (not just popcorn), and everything I've tried has been good -- most recently the BBQ chicken pizza. They also do themed drinks for new releases, which is such a fun touch. I love that they offer $7 Tuesdays (which do sell out fast) and regularly host events. I recently went to their Trailer Fest, and it was a great experience -- tons of previews, food samples, giveaways, and just an overall fun vibe. They also show throwback movies and have a rewards program, so there's always something going on beyond just current releases. Every time I bring someone here, they end up loving it too. Upon walking in, I was shocked at how clean this theater was and different from any other I've been to (being that I live in NYC!) If I lived nearby, I 100% would come here just for the food. Unlike other theaters who only serve you popcorn / hot dogs / pretzels, the food here is actually amazing. In contrast to your standard theater nachos that are just tortilla chips with cheese, these actually had elevated toppings as if you were in a restaurant. The Korean bbq chicken bites were crispy and flavorful. My favorite, based on a recommendation from @onthegowithali on TikTok was the "Shame on Brie" sandwich -- a perfect mix of sweet and savory! I also loved that you can have a choice in fries or chips, and pro tip: get the beet cheese to dip the fries in, you won't regret it! This theater also has beer on tap via a self serve wall, something else I've never seen at a theater before! There's even a separate bar that has cocktails AND dirty sodas. Everything is seasonal and themed, which I absolutely loved! The theater itself was clean, spacious, and so comfortable. The seats reclining and having heating features felt luxurious and it definitely ruined me from going to any other theater other than Warehouse Cinemas. We asked if we could use them for that day. They told us yes, but the theaters were packed, so we were okay with separate seating. Then they were going to charge us for another ticket. There were three of us. I asked them to refund our money for the tickets, but was told, "Oh, we can't do that. I'll give you two passes instead of three." So, your policy states that you only give refunds up to minutes before the movie. If somebody didn't see the movie, you can tell by the pass on the computer that it wasn't used. Why can't you give them a full refund or give them three passes to see a movie another day? It doesn't make sense to me. I would like my third pass, or I'd like all my money returned. The price is so reasonable, especially on Tuesday when they offer the $7.00 ticket special all day for everyone and the seats are reclining and heated. As far as movie snack prices go, it'll bleed you dry like any movie theatre these days, but honestly it's worth skipping the snacks to see a movie on the big screen if that's an issue (or you can just share one box of candy/popcorn with friends/kids). I am a firm believer in the movie theatre experience (streaming is just not the same) and I am incredibly grateful to have a movie theatre here in Carlisle!
