Worst theater experience of my life. Couldn't even get what I paid for. Movie was unwatchable due to projector issues the entire time. Manager was arrogant and rude. Not interested in helping or at least offering a refund. Never again. AMC and other theaters are getting my money. Good riddance. The manager doesn't have the experience to do his job. Might as well be bagging groceries with his skills

Kiosks down.

Service is horrendous. Just walked out with a crowd of people, we all missed our movies. The ticket counter is closed. Must stand in concession line to buy tickets since ticket counter is closed and both kiosks are disconnected. We arrived 45 minutes prior, stood in line for 55 minutes, still had six people in front of us, we asked if there was anyway to purchase tickets. We were told to use the kiosks, when we explained the kiosks were not operable. We were told 'oh no, again. Sorry'. Beyond frustrating! This theatre is known for this. Going here is a gamble - staff has no sense of customer service or concern for the customers. The theatre has amazing potential, managed horribly.

The seats are really comfortable and fully recline. The theater was clean, you don't see a bunch of trash or have sticky floors. They bathrooms are always clean as well. The staff are nice but I will say they do take a bit of time getting things ready at the concessions stand. Some of the staff seem to be standing around while one person runs one line. My husband and I get the movies pretty early so it's not that big of deal, but if there is something that can be worked on I would say the speed of check out. I do like all of the options for food and drinks that this location offers though. It's expensive but all theaters all. We usually eat dinner before or after the movie and just get candy. We love that we can pick our seats and get our tickets ahead of time and online. Overall I do really like this location.

Looks just like the picture. Hahahaha NO

Awesome as usual. Lesson learned never let your husband pick the seats. I think I was actually in the screen. Lol. Employees are super nice.

After the recent remodel - this has become the only theater we go to. Premium seating, clean, and friendly staff!

This is my first time coming to this particular theater, and it had some highs and lows. The pros…read morefirst, it has an IMAX theater, which is very well-maintained, as well as an RCX theater, which has laser projection, and the best seats in the theater. There is a sizable arcade as you walk in to entertain children, young and old. The food selection at the concession stands was above just the usual, popcorn, soda, and candy. A few cons, the check-in process is very cumbersome. The box office is at the front entrance as soon as you walk in near the arcade, but then you have to walk down the hill to get to the main theater lobby. At the bottom of the hill is an attendant to take your ticket stubs or check your phones, which causes a long backup between the attendant in the box office. From there, you go directly into the concession lines or to your theater, but because of the bottleneck in the entranceway, the concession line gets backed up as well. Between the two bottlenecks, on a busy Friday night or Saturday, you can spend 30 minutes or more between the front door and getting your popcorn before you can make it to your theater. I have looked at some of the other theaters other than the IMAX and the RCX, and some of the seats in some of the smaller locations are starting to show some wear and age. It's a little overpriced for the area, but the general experience isn't that bad. 4 out of 5 for me.

Love this theater. It's always clean and the seats are roomy and comfortable reclining heated…read moreseats. Seating is assigned so you don't have to worry about arriving late and not finding a good place to sit.

There's a great set of old sofas and chairs in the back, with retro consoles hooked up to those huge televisions like your grandparents had... I could have played those if they had any games that had appealed, but my first console was a n64 and they didn't have one of those. No nostalgia for me. Jeremy found the place overly loud so we left before our time ran out. There was a saint Patrick's Day parade going on right out front, since the arcade is on Yorks main Street. I suppose our other friends enjoyed themselves, but I didn't see them play any game for longer than 5 minutes. I think we're officially too old.

They also offer a 'road trip pass' for $35 to access both the York and Hanover location all day. There is definitely a good variety of games (although I didn't see mario kart ). Despite this, there were a lot of games out of order. I still had an absolute blast and I really like the variety of 2-player games. They allow BYOB 7pm to close, although I'd much rather see a bar inside, it'd attract way more clientele and really get it popping. All in all, although there was some broken games, this place is a great hang, I had a lot of fun and am definitely going to be returning. I really enjoyed seeing my girlfriend light up while beating me in Mortal Kombat. Highly recommend to arcade fans.
