I have an older vehicle in great shape that has sentimental value to me as it's my beloved sister's last vehicle before she passed away several years ago. I noticed a rough spot by the lower back tail gate and a tiny rusty area near the back wheel fender. I feel completely betrayed and taken advantage of by this shop. After a stressful accident where I hydroplaned and damaged my car (and my insurance had just expired), I went to this local shop seeking help. The mechanic acted like he genuinely cared, only to exploit my vulnerability with lies and poor workmanship. The repairs were not only incompetent but also dangerous. He installed the wrong headlights, which now point directly at the road, making nighttime visibility terrible and causing constant bulb failures. My rear lights were left disconnected, leading to repeated police stops and safety concerns. My battery was left unsecured, causing frequent breakdowns, and my AC was left unusable. He even resorted to gluing on fog lights that have since fallen off, and the paint job is already failing. Despite my efforts to rectify the headlight issue by finding and sending the correct ones, he strung me along for four months with ridiculous excuses, including a nonsensical claim about a stolen delivery. My biggest regret was paying over $3,000 in cash upfront, which now makes it difficult to afford proper repairs elsewhere. This individual's dishonesty and incompetence have left me with an unsafe vehicle and significant financial burden. Please, learn from my devastating experience and choose a trustworthy mechanic.

If he says it might not be done, it still mostly likely will. He is a man of his word, who works hard and takes pride in both the final outcome and his client relationships-- what more could you ask for? I had done copious research before entrusting my car to Tim. I had spoken with multiple competitors, suppliers (of reconditioned and OEM parts), and friends who had recently had repair work done. Through this process, I have learned more about auto body repair than I ever expected to know. And I can say with certainty that my family and I (with four cars in our household) will only work with Tim going forward. I picked up my car today, with replaced bumper cover, grille and parking sensor. I could not be happier with the end result. The car was clearly worked on with care-- and returned clean, inside and out. The process from beginning to end was seamless, with Tim navigating the repairs and Linda (the CFO) as the primary touch point. There was never a moment in which I suspected that my car had been forgotten about or was lingering too long at any point in the process. All of the work was completed within 3 days of drop-off, even though a supplement was needed from insurance (upon discovering further damage). Thank you, Tim-- you really are the best!
