A little pricey though would be my only complaint. It was $165 to open the lock and then rekey it to two new keys. I'm not sure if this is just the going rate since I have never head to use this service before but seems pretty pricey for less than 10 minutes of work. Price aside, I would definitely recommend him if anyone is in a jam and needs quick and fast response and a job well done.

Unfortunately, the gentleman I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping me was an inconvenience. I showed him the type of electronic keypad deadbolt I was looking for, similar to one I already have, and was quoted around $400. I had already been looking at comparable options elsewhere for substantially less, so the price surprised me. I don't mind paying more at a specialty store for expertise, selection, and good service. In fact, that's exactly why I went there instead of a big-box store. But if I'm going to pay a substantial premium, I certainly don't expect to be treated rudely in the process. I left without buying anything and will purchase the lock elsewhere. The poor customer service was ultimately a much bigger issue for me than the price.
