I stated if I found something I will let them know. I don't think that they liked that. I completely understand their point of view of wanting to assign a specific sales person as you walk in. Some people do not like high pressure sales. I did not receive a good welcome and got a side eye... lol. I let that go and did not allow that interaction ruin my day. When I came back in, I had a great big smile and said hi, the lady rolled her eyes and turned her face. I guess they were not having a good day. She says she'll let us know when it is driven back about half hour..well an hour later husband goes back and it is sitting by service door? He asks for the key and Kathleen is acting all crazy y and flustered looking for it. Keeps asking the girl next to her if she knows where it is. She even kept checking her own pockets? Finally hubby says . Is it in the rv. She has the girl call the driver that drove it over. He says yes it is in the rv. Husband says Why was this so hard to figure out.
