Upon my arrival, I was welcomed and a Service Advisor (SA) got the work underway. The tech diagnosed and fixed the problems within a couple of hours. The SA indicated that I needed to pay the Dometic warranty charges in advance to All Season RV, and I would be refunded on my VISA card when Dometic had paid the service facility for the warranty charge submission. All seemed fine and on the up-and-up. I waited a month and received no word from All Seasons RV and no refund on my VISA. I contacted the service facility and spoke with a different SA. He checked out my invoice and claim. I was informed that the previous SA had been terminated for incompetence. I was also informed that no warranty claims had been submitted to Dometic on my behalf. On further searching, the SA indicated that no photos of serial numbers for the two appliances had ever been taken by the tech carrying out the work. I was asked to open up the AC unit and the Fridge and photograph the serial numbers and forward those to the SA at All Seasons RV. After the extra effort, I received a call from the SA indicating they could not submit the Dometic claims for me. and I would need to submit them personally. The SA forwarded a Dometic form. According to the SA, I would now need to package up all the information and submit it to Dometic on my own time. It could take at least another month to receive a re-reimbursement from Dometic, assuming the claim would be approved. Does this sound like a well-documented process within the All Season RV business? Does this sound like the kind of service and run around you will want to receive from an RV Service firm? At 72 years old, I just do not have the time to hit my head against the wall multiple times, expecting different results. All Season RV should have stood behind their service agreement and just refunded the amount ($187) to me directly. This is no way to do business!

We can't say enough about how much we appreciate our salesman Dre for ensuring that we found the RV with the perfect floorplan and features for our needs. Also, the process of completing the sales transaction with Michael was seamless and timely. In addition, both service technicians, Anthony and Chris, did phenomenal jobs completing some modifications and add-ons we requested as well as providing us "RV newbies" with thorough instructional training, about our specific RV. In conclusion, we highly recommend Kamper City to anybody looking to purchase a new or used RV and for any service needs.

They aren't pushy at all but still care! If you want space to look around you can or if you want them to be attentive for questions, they do both! No prep or freight fees, no hidden fees!!! Very good group of people they have here! I went to ALOT of rv places and Kamper City won by a long shot, for customer service, prices, and all around just actually taking care of their inventory. I walked out with a smile on my face every time! Anthony in service did an amazing job showing me around my unit and answering any and all questions I had! I also had the pleasure speaking to the owner and he was very nice and helpful too! I will definitely be a returning customer and haven't found an rv dealer anything CLOSE to what they have going on here! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

Had to take it back so they could adjust something or so later door was sticking real bad when we tried to open it with the key. Took back in they replaced the lock. We turned the air on water ran down the wall got floor soaked. Took back in the drain holes weren't lined up correctly. Again had it in the shop to get fixed. Was time for winter and we winterize it. Drained the anti freeze put water in the holding tank and water was pouring out around the tankless water heater. Back to the shop again. It was the water release valve. I had bought an extended warranty so it was covered. After I paid a 75 dollar deductible and shipping rate for the part that needed replaced. Now I'm finally using my rv open the awning and there's tiny holes looking like it could just tear. I give up! I am tired of taking it back in to service again. They said well first year is the toughest till you get all the bugs worked out. I would think brand new rv should not have this many bugs. I wish I would of bought an older rv from a private owner. Something for everyone to think about. Or maybe buy brand new and have the aggravation that I have had. Oh yes and more thing my table wobbles back and forth ridiculously. But they say oh it's like that because it can be made into a bed. I have had campers for many years and never ever had a table wobble back and forth like this one and they also made a bed. Total junk! Think again before you go buy brand new! Totally sickened of my purchase! '
