I bought a Leer truck bed fiberglass Lid from them. It took 13 weeks to come in. I paid $2,850 for…read moreit. I was happy with the Lid until I discovered it was leaking at the front of the Lid where the front gasket is attached to the Lid. I called them and they said for me to bring it in which I did. I explained to them that the water was coming in between the seal and the lid. I left the truck and they called me 2-1/2 hours later and said the truck was done. They told me everything was good to go. After I looked at the lid when I got home I couldn't see anything that they had done but I took them at their word. Well the next big rain We had I saw that the leak was still there. I then took a video of the leak. I called them again and explained again about the leak and told them I had a video of the leak. I talked to Tom the installer. He told me "great that would help tremendously. I made an appointment to get the leak fixed AGAIN. When I went back I talked to the owner and showed him the video. He started telling me there was nothing he could do but to send the entire lid back to Leer which I found unacceptable. He told me about the only thing they could do was to put some silicone caulking across the seal. When Tom the installer brought the truck around I looked where they were supposed to put the caulking and the only placed they caulked was the pop rivet heads. I asked Tom why he didn't caulk all the way across the seal, he said "there's tape behind the seal". I said I know that's exactly where it's leaking at. He said I don't know then. I said Never mind, I'll fix it myself. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW IS TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VALLEY TRUCK OUTFITTERS! THEY WOULD'NT TAKE CARE OF A WARRANTED PRODUCT THAT THEY SELL UNLESS THEY SEND IT BACK TO THE FACTORY WHERE IT CAME FROM WHICH THE OWNER SAID WOULD TAKE A LONG TIME. SO AFTER FOUR TRIPS FROM NILES TO POLAND I STILL HAVE A LEAK.

You wait 108 days to tell me that this car was there and that if I want to "repossess" it, I have to pay more than what I got when it was sold. Shady

Arnold's Collision & Service Center Claimed to be affiliated with State Farm. We later found out…read morethat they were not. We were paid by our insurance $2000+ to have the needed work (from the recent storm) completed. To our surprise they did a horrible job on all areas. There was still asphault shingles tar stuck on our car. Areas were barely touched. Some were simply buffed and touched up with a bone white color that doesnt even match when we were told they would be feathered out and painted. 2 other area shops confirmed for us that the work was not completed properly or at all. We requested money back minus the single panel that was confirmed to be painted and the owner refused. We do not trust them to work on anything. Please be careful. Its a shame companies do things like this. All we want is our car to be fixed. Now we are out of pocket for a fix that was already paid. Sad.
