Instead of a $79.95 oil change, they wanted me to authorize the work on their recommendations with an out the door price of $289.44. I politely informed the service advisor that my wife's Rogue doesn't have a REAR DIFFERNTIAL or a TRANSFER CASE. Advisor said I was wrong. I invited her to check the VIN. She checked her computer and came back with, "Oh, I am sorry. You're right." I thought about this all the way home. I called and asked to speak with the service manager. When he called back, I explained. I was left with the impression he wasn't too concerned about why I would never set foot in that dealership ever again. I will leave it to you to decide whether this is a reputable business or not.
