I just moved into a new house and found the tub clogged. I called On the Side Plumbing on Monday and they were here at 8am Tuesday morning. The guy was so nice and even showed my kids how to snake a drain and told me all about my plumbing in this old house. It was a like master class and tutorial on plumbing as he worked. Turns out it was the owner, Benjamin, a third generation Tucsonan. He welcomed me to Tucson and walked out. What a wonderful person and great company. And if there is any doubt that this is a real review, just look at how many I have written and realize that I really did just happen to find a unicorn. Use this company because they deserve good customers and you deserve honest, competent, and friendly service.

I have to have great companies in my long list of contractors that we always seem to need when in the middle of a real estate transaction. I cannot recommend Imperial Plumbing highly enough, and Justin in particular was absolutely…read moreoutstanding. Justin recently helped us with the installation of a Moen Flo shutoff system and also serviced both of our water heaters. From start to finish, his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question we had, and made sure the work was done correctly rather than rushing through the job. What impressed me most was the care and respect he showed my elderly mother. He was patient, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout the visit. He made sure she understood what was being done, answered all of her questions, and treated her with the kindness and dignity every customer deserves. Justin thoroughly inspected both water heaters, replaced the anode rods, explained the condition of the tanks, and gave us honest recommendations without any pressure or upselling. His assessment gave us confidence that the systems are in good shape and helped us make informed decisions about maintenance and future planning. He also made sure our new Moen Flo system was installed properly and working exactly as it should. It is refreshing to work with someone who combines technical expertise with genuine integrity and exceptional customer service. Justin represents the very best of what a service professional should be. Because of him, Imperial Plumbing has earned our trust and will be our first call for any future plumbing needs. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, honest, meticulous, and truly cares about his customers, ask for Justin. You will be glad you did. Highly recommended.

He was respectful of my home by wearing shoe protectors and cleaning up afterwards. We found the price to be reasonable. Finding someone we trust and who does the job right the first time was worth every penny. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend them.

But I didn't really get the service we had hoped for with a gentleman named Matt W. He EXCEEDED all our expectations!! First of all he was thorough and explained what was going on which kept me from crying, and no one needs to see THAT! His eyes said It all when he first saw the 'issue' but found the problem quickly. And I wouldn't have found it on my own in a million years and I'm not a stupid woman either. Anyway, besides being efficient and very professional, he was a very kind man. He was very considerate of the house which meant a lot to me. He completely explained the situation and gave a few options for us to decide what worked best for us. He could have raked us over the coal$ but was a man of integrity and being presented with options and potential outcomes, we felt confident with our choices. He didn't leave until he was certain all our questions were satisfied. I hope the owner takes notice and when it is time for evaluations and treats him well. You want him to represent your company! Oh and I have to mention from the first interaction on the phone I knew I had the right place. Capri took the call and was very helpful and proffessional as well. She had me cracking up at the end. I would give this company 10 stars if I could!

He provided me a written quote for $1,990. I explained I had already received quotes from 3 other companies, much higher in cost and required more extensive repairs. (One of the quotes was $21,000)! He explained HydroJetting was all that was necessary. Last week he installed the cleanouts in a couple of hours and the following day HydroJetted the line. I was able to view the line on their monitor as it was Jetted and it was clear that was all that was needed. While he was here I also had him replace a toilet that I had previously purchased. They had it done in a couple hours even though it was somewhat tricky due to the age of the original installation. I can't give enough accolades to Rich and his helper, Ken and Jessica from their office. They were honest, extremely knowledgable, diligent, responsive and actually a joy to work with. I highly recommend J-Six for any plumbing work they feel qualified to do!

After around 30 feet he kept hitting an obstruction and recommended scoping, which had to be completed by the owner Rich.
