I had a bad experience with Qwik Park the last time I used their service where they wouldn't let me leave the lot because I'd forgotten to print my reservation confirmation. While their reservation system is still being updated to allow you to use ONLY a smartphone, their customer service reps went the extra mile to make it right after I posted a negative review. It turns out they are happy to accommodate you if you've lost or forgotten your print out. They contacted me right away to tell me that the checkout teller and manager who dealt with me in person had been coached on the appropriate procedure, and sent me a voucher for the inconvenience. Once their reservation system gets updated I think Qwik Park will be close to excellent. It's fast, efficient, and affordable. read more

I made a reservation for my daughter at Qwik Park online, last night. After I spoke to my daughter, she told me she didn't need it as she was being dropped off. I went online and clicked on the link to view, change or cancel my reservation. I clicked cancel, a pop up window asked me if I was sure, I clicked yes and then I got an error screen. So I called at around 10:30pm about 30 mins after I made the reservation and told them I wanted to cancel. I was told I'd have to call back today. This morning I tried to cancel online, again same result. So I called. 888-844-7275. The person that answered told me that to cancel, I must wait until my trip is over and then call and ask for a refund. WHAT? I said that was absurd. Their cancellation policy on the reservation confirmation is as follows. Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid complete forfeiture of funds. By making a prepaid reservation, constitutes acknowledgement that you have read the "Prepaid Cancellation" Policy Terms and Conditions and that you agree to follow and be bound by them. So telling me to call after I didn't park there and ask for my money back makes no sense. Unless, they are just trying to keep my money and when I call after the fact, they tell me I had to cancel 24 hours in ADVANCE. A supervisor told me to call a different number and speak to Melanie. She handles the refunds. So I called the number and got the VM for the VP (her name was not Melanie) of a number of parking operations including Qwik Park. I left a message. Not being satisfied, I called back again this afternoon. I spoke to Dora, who told me again to call after my trip is over and ask for my money back. Again, I said nope, then I would be in violation of their policy and forfeit my $91. She put me on hold, spoke to a supervisor, Brian, and she told me he said there's no way to cancel my reservation prior to my trip and to call after my trip and ask for the refund. I asked to speak to Brian, I was told he didn't want to speak to me and wanted Dora to handle it. I asked to speak to a different supervisor and was told Tom (head supervisor) wasn't there. I then said I would dispute the charge on my card. She told me to do whatever I needed to do. So, I went online again. This time, I looked up my reservation from their website as opposed to the link on my confirmation. From there, I saw where I could cancel. I clicked that button, and VOILA, reservation CANCELLED. I guess you CAN cancel your reservation after all. Seems like the Qwik Park Management is just out to mislead and trick their customers out of their money. Shame on you guys. But you don't have my money!!! BTW, I called back and got Dora again. I explained that what her supervisor told her was just a bunch of BS. Then I explained how to cancel so she could actually HELP someone who wanted to cancel in the future. I will NEVER use Qwik Park again. Find a different place to park. read more

Used 12/29/19 - 1/1/20 Bus No:28 Driver name : Mark Bus driver yelled at me in front of all customers BUT took a tip Our flight (Delta) arrived after 10PM, Qwik Park shuttle buses came only 2 while we saw 4-5 yellow colored another shuttle buses showed up. No 28 bus was 2nd bus after we waited more than 15 mins. All customers were trying to get on it, we didn't have suitcases just backpacks. I could get on the bus before my husband but my husband was giving a hand another's suitcase to carry on because bus driver was old and he didn't show the move "let's me help you" . I had to say before all sheet were filled, "my husband has no suitcase, please let him in". Then this bus driver shouted at me "if you are together, why don't you be together! Ha?" Yelling at customer who payed! my husband was helping another because the driver was busy yelling at me, and then he took my husband's tip. I tried to think it was New Year and so hectic, maybe Driver Mark wasn't happy. But it's unacceptable attitude, and I decide to report my company's HR who negotiate with Qwik Park for employees discounts. Our company has 2 other choices for airport parking, we have other choices. Not only one customer, you may loose more because of one poor customer service. read more

This place is ok for when you want to be dropped off, but they are Terri le about picking up. If you are in any key no of hurry forget it. It will take them awhile to get to you and then they pack the van up like sardines. As a creature of habit, I have used them for awhile with. Dry hit-or-miss results. they are Quick that's a for sure drive up, get your ticket and keep it in ur car, tell them what airline and they tell u the letter and number to park at and right away that red van is right behind u. the driver will help u with your luggage and they'll hand u a red paper with the letter and # you parked at, don't lose this unless u have a good memory cuz they'll ask for it when u return for your car. they drop u off and your on your way to hopefully somewhere fun when u come back go to the same area they dropped you off at and those red vans seem to be always right behind the other so don't worry if u just missed one...another is on it's way fast and it's 24hrs here's a quick tip...sometimes u can find coupons for discount parking and even free parking there read more

I have used Qwik Park multiple times just this year and in previous years. It's a gated parking lot and I've always felt confident leaving my car there and waiting to be picked up early in the morning. My car has never been tampered with and when I came home this week the driver waited to make sure my car would start after sitting in the cold. It didn't and he got a jump box and helped me jump my car and waited to make sure everything was okay. The drivers have always been courteous and helpful even when it hasn't been crazy cold while I was away. They offer online coupons and a AAA discount which makes it more affordable. read more

The shuttle is quick, they follow you when you enter (at least they did to me) so there was absolutely now wait. Staff was nice, the price wasn't too bad. Car was safe, easy in and out from the highways. Not a bad place to park, especially if you can get the online coupon. read more

Qwikpark is awesome, I will never park at the airport again! I didn't realize they would pick me up right at my car, no walking, how cool is that!? The driver put my bags in the shuttle and took me right to my check in at the air port. Since this was all new to me, he explained how it worked and where i would find my return shuttle. When I returned, the shuttles were right where he said, but the shuttle was just pulling away. My heart sank, but it was no problem, the next red shuttle was just a minute or 2 behind! Again, the driver put my bags on board and took me right to my car, put my bags in the trunk. Less expensive and more convenient than parking at the airport, and best of all no lugging those heavy suitcases, what could be better? read more

What used to be a competitively priced and run service has now grown worse and worse. They seem to run their busses at bare bones intervals, as huge groups of people wait to be picked up as every other parking lot sends bus after bus. They quietly discontinued their online coupons and with steady price increases, paying $11 daily for an inconvenient service is no longer worth it. My go to place for parking. Take advantage of the online coupons and it's a great deal. Shuttles run regularly and are clean and in good shape. Shuttle staff has always been professional and courteous. I used to use an alternate service but this place won my loyalty about five years ago when I left a computer bag on the shuttle on a return trip from Hawaii and they called me before I was five miles away to let me know. good to know you have someone looking out for you even when your mind is elsewhere. read more

I have had enough of the poor customer service at Qwik Park. The fact that they rarely thanked me for my business was the final straw after 15 years of being a customer. Even after being told by one of the cashier's to fill my flat tire at Speedway at 11:30 at night (when they have air onsite), I tried one last time today. After talking with the GM, and informing him of all of this, I gave him a heads up that I would be arriving today at 11am. Yet, still received no "thank you for your business". While the drivers are awesome, it's not enough for the greeter/dispatcher and the cashiers to not value my business. Good riddance, Qwik Park. I'm sure I won't be missed. read more

I have to fly a lot for work so I need a place that is easy to use and will save me time. Don't even try parking at the airport. The sign always says there is parking space but there isn't. So I now park at Qwik Park, easy very easy plus I save money which is nice too. I always check their web site, because they have both a day & week coupon deal! Use the best and save some money. we used this to park for 4 days in October 2010. It was great. Shuttle picked us up from our vehicle within 2-3 minutes. We arrived at the airport a few minutes later. They gave us a stub and a phone number to call them if we returned and a shuttle wasn't waiting. Wen we returned, it was relatively easy to find the pickup area (like the driver had reassured us) and there was a shuttle waiting so we hopped right on. In a few minutes we were off to the parking lot with 2-3 other passengers. I appreciated that they didn't make us wait for too many more passengers. all in all, it was great and I would use them again. Parked here 3/2/13--3/6/13. Shuttle was right there as we parked, quick trip to DTW, and when we returned a shuttle was waiting and we were back at the car in no time. First time user of Qwik Park and was most impressed. They direct you to park based on your airline which saves time. The driver helps load luggage onto the shuttle. From arriving at lot to airport drop-off was less than 15 minutes. Fair daily rate and coupons online. Have used other off-airport lots, but this one was exceptional. read more

DO NOT park here if you have an EV and need a charge to get home. They advertise EV charging but the have crappy 110 outlets. Half of them do not work. Some shows signs of burning. This place SUCKS. My 45 minute drive home has turned into hours because I needed a charge. I wish could give zero stars. One in generous. read more

Just had a cancelled flight due to a medical emergency. Airline putting passengers up in hotels. A Qwik Park shuttle driver picked up 15 of us. We asked if he was running to the Holiday Inn Metro and he said yes. He takes us to the Holiday Inn Express. The clerk tells us this isn't the Metro and the shuttle driver says he can't takes us to the Metro he's not allowed. The Metro was just a half mile or so down the road. He left 14 of us stranded including a little infant ! He did say he could take us back to the airport and start our wait all over again. Bad service ! Ill trained not to know the hotels in the airport area and just plain bad form to leave us stranded ! read more

The shuttle follows you when you enter and even with a full shuttle, it only took about 15 min from getting off my car to arriving at the terminal. I got on the bus, and the bus driver, Robert, seemed somewhat irritated. However, this was understandable, as the airport was crowded at the time. What was not understandable, was the incident that unfolded within the Qwik Park lot itself. Robert was dropping off two young gentlemen sitting beside me, and asked them if their car was a coupe, sedan, or SUV. The young gentleman clearly did not know the difference. No big deal, right? Wrong. What happened next was truly unbelievable. An older couple on the front of the bus started absolutely tearing into these gentlemen, mocking them for not knowing the difference between car sizes. I was completely taken aback. All the while, Robert let this couple harass the young men, who were clearly embarrassed. They quickly rushed off the bus, and when the door closed, a snarky comment was directed towards the men. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. In my opinion, it should be up to the bus driver to maintain a orderly and relaxing bus, and not, in any way, let things devolve in the way they did. Parking prices were good though. this was our first time using Quick Park. The process was quick and flawless. I reserved online a few weeks before our trip and pre paid. The shuttle was right behind us when we parked so there was no waiting. Our flight was late on our return to detroit so we had to wait about five-ten minutes for the shuttle at the airport to come pick us up. They dropped us off right at our vehicle. I showed my prepaid receipt to the girl at the gate and there were no extra charges despite being an hour later than planned to pick up our vehicle. It was an awful experience being picked up at the airport upon returning. The airport personnel were directing the travelers to stay on the sidewalk and wait for the buses to pull up. So that's what we did. And we then proceeded to watch bus after bus unload their passengers coming into the airport from the middle and far lanes of traffic. This caused a traffic jam and travelers were walking across lanes of traffic and being allowed on the buses. Which then never made it to the sidewalks to safely unload and load passengers. So the choice is to walk into traffic to get a bus or never get to one. Very unsafe procedures, will not use this company again. read more

Used them several times in the past two years and have always had friendly, helpful drivers. This past time, I realized while I was on the shuttle that I had left my keys in the state in which I had just left. Panicked as I knew my husband was at work two hours away and overcome with emotions due to just having left my family in the other state, the gentleman who was driving the shuttle was amazingly calm, patient and helpful. He took me to their office where they allowed me to stow my luggage while I walked down to a nearby restaurant. Everyone in the office was friendly, patient and compassionate. Later, as I was waiting outside in the parking lot for my husband to pick me up, the same shuttle driver pulled up to ensure I was okay. In what I would have considered an otherwise difficult situation, I felt they went above and beyond to ensure my safety and well-being. read more
