Use this a couple times for work. Convenient and safe. All the off site parking are the same price so there are no differences. Currently $15 a day if you don't reserve ahead of time. Shuttle drivers are nice. They will pick you up at your vehicle location and drop off at the proper terminal. read more

Prior to sending my child (18) to park here, I called to verify special pricing as parameters were not clear online. I called on two separate days and spoke to two separate employees who verified daily rates. I advised my child to park here based on this information. When they arrived at the US Park (Romulus, MI location) my child was advised that the pricing would not be honored and they was charged double what I was quoted via phone. My child called me because this was not what I had told them. I advised my child to hang tight and I would call as surely this was an error. Nope. I was transferred to a manager (Donna) who not only spoke rudely to my child (I could hear her say to them "$xx. $xx. $xx. pay $XX so you can get out of here" but then proceeded to hang up on me when I was trying to find out why two employees on two separate days gave wrong information. The easy and customer friendly thing to do would've been to honor the quoted price on this occasion and advise of pricing for future. Instead, Donna and her staff are getting yet another 1-Star review and the loss of a customer. As a parent, my child's safety and security are my number one priority and I thought I had found a great place for them to park when traveling from school to home alone. Donna and US Park staff have proven this is not the case. I would never advise anyone to park here again, especially not a lone traveler who risks being treated rudely and with condescension when patronizing a business. After a read through many 1-star reviews, it seems we aren't alone in bad experiences at this location and specifically this employee. read more

I have been parking here for years, and the decline in service has been stunning. This last experience guarantees I will never use U.S. Park again. I prepaid for 9 days and arrived early for my flight. At the front gate, the woman told me to scan my prepaid pass, handed me a ticket, and instructed me to park in the O lot. The shuttle picked me up, gave me a pink tag, and began dropping passengers at Delta. When I was the last passenger left, the driver casually informed me this was the final stop. I told her I was flying United. Her response? She would have to drive all the way back to the lot and then to the correct terminal. Why? Because the gate attendant never bothered to ask which airline I was flying--she just assumed Delta. I almost missed my flight because of that mistake. The nightmare continued upon my return. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a shuttle. When I finally got back to my car--or tried to--I realized my pink slip said "M lot." My car was in O lot. The driver and I drove in circles looking for it. To make matters worse, when I tried to leave, they refused to let me out because I didn't keep the gate ticket. No one ever told me this random slip was mandatory. I had already prepaid, yet they treated me like I was trying to scam them. The condescension and rudeness from the staff were unbelievable. They acted as if I should have been doing bookkeeping for them. Let me be clear: there is zero reason to park here when there are plenty of competitors at DTW. The entire operation is radically dysfunctional, and the employees are some of the most unpleasant, patronizing people I've encountered. And yes, it's impossible to ignore the racial and gender dynamics: white women work the front and handle the money, while all the shuttle drivers are Black women. The inequity is glaring--and so is the toxic work culture that trickles down to customer treatment. I truly hope this business fails. Until then, do yourself a favor and park literally anywhere else. read more

Never have a shuttle waiting at DTW. Always wait 10-20 minutes for a shuttle. Often have to call the office to send a shuttle.

I normally have a good experience but this time the woman that was sitting at the exit side on Jan 23 around 7 I feel was very lazy. I had a question and she was what I thought was hiding from customers so she wouldn't have to work. poor experience this time around. read more

Came back from my trip to find my vehicle window was smashed. Half of the dash was torn out and stolen. Their website states that this lot is well lite and have security. This is obviously not a secure place. Nobody wants to come home from a vacation to find a smashed vehicle. read more

9 times out of 10, it's been great! But that 10th time!!! Arrived at 5 am on a super windy, but not too cold morning. Gal told us, Row I, go all the way down and park. And it was FAR. Waited outside our car, everytime the shuttles were in different aisles, for 20 minutes so I google the phone number and called! "Oh! I'll call somebody right now, I'm sorry about that!" Waited 6-8 more minutes... started walking towards the booths... got halfway there, and a shuttle came.... "It's not my fault, not my fault, she said to the nervous chuckle of a very full shuttle. Waited for over 40 minutes for a bus to show up. Called the number on the ticket several times. Competitors shuttles had 4-5 buses come and go before a shuttle from their company came. Terrible business. Use any other shuttle service before using these guys. Won't ever use them again. To top this horrible experience off..when the bus finally did arrive, the driver had the audacity to argue with me that they are a great company and that no one ever complains. Ha! read more

What a racket. Get back to my car after a 10 day trip only to find it boxed in. In the 10 days I was gone, they apparently decided to start a "valet" business on the side. Waited 20 minutes for a shuttle, now I have to stand outside my car, literally wait for someone with keys to the random car, so I can get out of my parking spot. You can't offer a valet service if you have no parking spots available! Used them for years, but there are wayyy too many other options. read more

I've always parked here because it was convenient and you never had to wait long for the shuttle at the airport. It seems to be the past 6 months I've had to wait for over 15 minutes each time for the shuttle. It seems qwik park and airport shuttle have buses constantly coming and going more often, I think I'm going to start parking there. read more

The women working here are amazing! All are so friendly and kind, especially Onita and Gigi who helped us with a left vehicle running while on vacation and ran out of gas situation. The worst. We're frequent travelers, we know the drill... Today we waited 30 minutes in the cold. I called the number and got SCREAMED at and called a LIAR (Donna). I've parked here several time before. They also do a decent job of getting me to the airport. You go in park your car and shuttle grabs you and some other people and they ship you off to your terminal. Getting back is another story. Too many people getting back, not enough shuttles rotating in. I've waited 45 minutes to an hour sometimes. Called etc. And if I didn't fight my way on I still wouldn't have gotten a seat. They're pretty cheap though and security I haven't had any issues. Probably will try another service next time. read more

After returning from an eight day trip to visit my elderly parents which was quite an adventure and emotional, I was met by the shuttle bus driver GiGi who was a joy from the moment I stepped onto the shuttle. When we arrived at the car, I had a dead battery! Ms. Gigi made sure I was safe and even offered up her own roadside assistance for me if I needed it (they did have a jumper unit but I couldn't figured it out on my hybrid vehicle .... Dumb girl move). Gigi also made sure I got my car running and made it out ok! Also, would like to mention, Karen the Manager who was also very gracious and understanding; and there was another lady working the booth with light brown straight hair that was super sweet! Unless you like waiting park somewhere else. Had an awful experience over spring break but chalked it up to how busy it was. Well today it's not busy and we've seen over a dozen other buses for the other lots while waiting (still currently waiting). By the amount of of buses I'd say you're better off using Quick Park or Airlines Parking. What a nightmare. read more

I returned to DTW at about 1:30 am and waited over an hour for a shuttle. There were probably a hundred or more people in the same situation. In the 30 degree weather, exactly 2 US Park shuttles came by during that over an hour wait. I called, and was rudely told "we'll get there when we get there". When we finally got on a shuttle and dropped off at the car, we had to wait another 30 minutes to cash out and leave. There were hundreds of cars in the queue. I've been using US Park for over 20 years, and until maybe 2-3 years ago I was thrilled with them. Now, the service has fallen off a cliff. Never, ever again. read more

Went on a trip and obviously didn't want to park at the airport! My mom has tried this place and was happy about it so I decided to give it a go. I didn't realize if you wanted to book a reservation, it has to be 24hrs in advance BUT you also don't need a reservation! I was too late for a reservation but called and made sure I was okay just to drive in. The lady on the phone was very helpful and nice! Didn't have an issue driving in, there was 2 lines open when I arrived at 6 am, she told me where to park and the shuttle was waiting for me near my car then took us to the airport at ground transportation. While coming back home, I was concerned about how fast they would be at the airport or even if they would be there. Arrived home around 7:30 am and didn't have to wait to long at ground transportation, maybe 10 mins or less. They took us right to our car, we then drove out and paid. Overall very happy with the service, the lady cashing us out was very delightful. Would recommend! Felt safe. Don't forget to grab a coupon online on their website as well! read more

Pricing is good but the women who work there (I have only seen female workers) are terrible people. Rude, not helpful, very condescending. From the gate keeper on the ride in to the shuttle drivers to and from but the biggest example of typical behavior was the women at the gate on the way out. There was a trainee and she was so nice (obviously hasn't been brainwashed by her co workers) but the lady who was with her, she was so rude and you can tell she didn't like us just for being us. read more

I'm an avid Yelp reviewer and I rarely give a 5 star review, with that being stated..My mom left her phone on the shuttle 10-27-22 4am so I called and our recent driver Rhonda answered (THANK Goodness)! She offered to go back to the drop off station at the airport so I can get my mom's cell phone so we can make it on time for the flight. Flew out of Detroit last week and we were picked up at our car within 5-8 minutes and dropped off very quickly. We got back last night (Wednesday) around 8pm and there was a long line for US Park people, but three of their busses pulled up and all the people were taken care of within 5 minutes of us being there, with room to spare. We were quickly dropped at our car. I was a little skeptical with some of their recent bad reviews, but it's the same great service we have had for years, nothing has changed.
