Welcome to Michigan. This is an unbelievably story. The driver (white guy) picked my wife and I up at the Delta terminal. We did not have our green piece of paper with our row number for the driver, but knew exactly where we parked in row 3. The driver wouldn't stop bitching about the fact that we didn't have our green piece of paper and continued complaining sarcastically in front of other passengers on the bus. My wife and I had enough. I asked the driver to stop the bus, my wife and I got off, and we waited for the next driver, Richard, who was as nice as could be and took us strait to our car in row 3. I told this guy, "you should not be dealing with customers". He also couldn't remember what our luggage looked like in the back which he had to now take out. I told him, "maybe you should have a green piece of paper for our luggage too". He mumbled something I couldn't understand. What is wrong with the nut balls Park-n-Go is hiring ? I have used Park-n-Go five times over last few years, and every time has met or exceeded expectations. Have used them super early, super late, and middle of the day. Always polite (yes I keep my green slip, but I also take a photo so I know exactly where car is relative to the entrance building). I was about to book again, but their reservation service is down; hopefully temporary glitch. They never keep my keys, so I am not sure if that is new or if someone was targeted; that would not be cool. Would book again. read more

Security. A copy of our truck fob was made either by our driver or the person who gave us our ticket when we entered, it was copied remotely. When we returned from our flight, our 4 windows were completely down and were covered in plastic. We were advised that the vehicle was found with all its windows down on a 35 degree morning. We did not leave our windows down. From what we could tell, nothing was taken but our ticket was crumbled and between the seats (not where we left it and an option on our dash that we do not use, was on when turned the vehicle on. Management denied it was someone who worked there, and insisted they see cars with ALL the windows down all the time. Attempting to gas light myself and my spouse into believing it was our fault. We believe someone else came down the aisle and it stopped whomever "found" our car with all its windows down. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT use this parking lot!!! the front tires of my car dropped down the ditch because the asphalt sunk and now the car is stuck, the employees are of no help what so ever. There is other areas of the parking lot where the asphalt has sunk. STAY AWAY!!! now we are having to pay more because our car is in the parking lot for a longer period of time and pay a tow truck, complete BS! it is THEIR problem. read more

Airport parking as with everything else has gone up significantly in the past decade. We have parked here a couple times. It's right around the corner from the airport and is now the cheapest option I have found. I think we paid $15 a day. Knocked off a star because the lot could use some repairing, which I'm sure will raise the price even more. read more

Normally I park in the green lots or Uber to the airport but this time I decided to try Park 'N Go. The experience was fantastic and I would use them again. I didn't reserve a space online ahead of time because you are required to do this more than 24hrs in advance. I was worried I might not be able to find a spot and waste my time, but there were plenty of spots when I arrived. The pay station/central dispatch did a great job communicating with the drivers to make sure no one had to wait long for a shuttle to the airport or back to the lot. It is a quick 5 min drive away, not much different than parking in the green lots, but cheaper. At $12 a day, it's not cheap but it's a good alternative to the Green Lots. The buses were pretty standard the and drivers were good. The lot was well marked so you could easily find your car when you return. Pro tip: I believe they have a $1 off coupon on their website. I didn't have time to do this, but worth it if you are going on a longer trip. read more

This place sucks! You pay online but then you can't cancel for any reason. You must pay in advance and bring a copy of their email to the cashier. It is a dumpy place with no parking numbers and just aisle numbers 1 to 4. We were flying out of Detroit but live in Cincinnati. We couldn't get any good connections. The main reason for this rating otherwise I would have given it 2 or 3 stars is that we waited a very long time for their Green van. I counted 9 yellow vans from Airlines Parking and 4 from Qwik parking and a bunch from USA Parking. I called them after 15 minutes. Their ticket says call after 5 minutes of waiting. All I got was he is on the way. Took at least 10 more minutes to come. Were you waiting for a call? Found out from listening while on the van that they only had 3 vans running at DTW. That is a joke. You have 2 terminals to dropoff and pickup and you are 10 minutes away. When the van came several people got on. Never saw another van. When they drop you off they go down aisle by aisle asking anyone here. What horrible logistics! read more

I parked here for 9 days, because it was more convenient to park near the airport myself than ask for a ride. It is the cheapest parking lot I could find near DTW, and there was no way I was going to spend $25+ a day to park inside the airport. I made my reservation online, which didn't mean much, except you can save $1 a day on parking. When I was there, the parking lot was really full. My total was $111, which I paid in advance online. When you arrive, you are promptly told where to park, and a shuttle bus will follow you and take you right to the terminal in 10 minutes. A noticeable green bus will also always be sitting at the same spot ready to take people back to the parking lot. When I returned, my car was untouched right where I left it. read more

First time using Park 'N Go, the rate we found was $12/day compared to the $25/day for DTW we arrived around 7AM and were directed to Aisle 4. One of the shuttle drivers, I think his name was Sam, was roving the lot and helped us find a spot and load our luggage on immediately. Since it was cold outside it was super convenient to not have to wait any time for the shuttle to come by. Once we were loaded on they picked up a few more people and we arrived to the terminal around 7:30AM. I'll update the review once we return but so far this worked out great. Update: Return to our car was very smooth. Picked up from the Ground Transport area (turn left at the information desk and walk outside to where the shuttles enter the area). We had called after 5 minutes and a shuttle appeared shortly. Price was as listed @ $12 per day! Great experience. Will park here again. read more

We had to take a three day trip and we couldn't find anyone to give us a ride. We had a terrible experience with once of Park 'N Go's competitors so we were a little nervous about using a long term parking provider at all. We went ahead with these guys and they were great. The prepaid quote we got before our trip was exactly what we paid and the drivers taking us too and from the parking lot were professional and friendly. I've used Park N Go multiple times. It can be hit or miss, but I've been very satisfied the past several times I have visited. We've been welcomed, kindly, found a parking spot, and had a bus ready for us when we have unloaded our car. When going out of town, we always park our car here. They have a shuttle bus to pick us up from the parking lot then drop us at the airport. The drivers are nice..mostly female drivers actually. They would write down the number of the parking area so we don't forget where to pick up our car upon arriving from a long vacation. This is the second time I've been here and had a great experience again. After dropping my family off to check bags at the Delta terminal, it's about a 10 minute drive. I just pull to the gate, get my ticket and park the car and then wait for their bus to pick me up to take me back. The driver and person at the gate are both very friendly. I take a photo of the ticket they give just in case I lose the ticket and forget where I parked when I come back. The return is just as easy, went to the spot the bus dropped me off at, then pay exactly what I was expecting to as I leave the gate. I'll definitely be back. read more

I haven't had to park at the airport in years, so when I was headed out of town, I looked around to see what my parking options were. I knew I wanted to park off site, and decided to park at the Park n Go lot since it was a few bucks cheaper then the other guys. I remember backuno in the day when you could park in the airport for about the same price these guys charge, but since things have changed, that doesn't exist anymore. These guys aren't bad, don't get me wrong. It's a parking lot, but I've also had better experiences at other places. When I pulled in, it was dark and icky outside, so I had a hard time making out what was going on. I figured it out and pulled in through the gate and noticed that a guy greeted me who worked there. I drove around and found a spot in aisle two. Awesome. There weren't any signs about where to go to get picked up or if you just wait by your car. I stood there for a few minutes and realized I should have asked the attendant. To late now! ugh. Anyways, I was standing there and the green van swung by and picked me up. There were other people so we were all off to our terminals. I got there in one peice and went on my way. On the return it was a little frustrating. I got my luggage and headed down. Fine. I waited. and waited. and waited some more. No green shuttle. Where was this guy? I'm freezing, and now I'm nervous. Freakin awesome and there's no one to ask. So I started talking to some other passangers who said that they were waiting for the green shuttle as well. While we were waiting, no joke, I saw the quik park van go by at least 4 times, the terminal parking bus 3 times, and a few other shuttles as well. Fortunately, I got picked up at we all got to our cars. Execpt I wasn't given a parking slip when I parked, and the other girls had one, so I had to keep screaming out my car model as we drove down isle 2. The guy dropped me off but I didn't have any singles to give him a tip. I felt kinda bad, but all I had was a $20 bill. Easy to book online. Process in and out of the lot was smooth. Keep your white ticket in your dash and store your green ticket in a safe place. They'll need the green when get picked up from the airport and they'll need the white when you pay at the window. Ladies who run the lot and answers the phones were professional and nice. read more

Park-n-Go was the best value at DTW for long-term parking. Payment was kind of goofy and you need to keep each and every document, ticket, and scrap of paper they give you to get the price you were quoted and be able to get out of the lot at the end. Shuttle at departure was prompt and the driver was courteous. You have to walk a bit to get to the terminal from the drop-off, so keep that in mind if you have a large luggage load. Arriving, shuttle was slow to arrive. Driver Mr J literally THREW my carry on into the back of the shuttle, where their luggage is stowed. I worried about a fragile vacation souvenir that I had expertly packed (with styrofoam padding) inside, but as it was sealed in a box and surrounded by tightly packed clothing, I left it to be unpacked at home and wished for the best. Oh, no! Of course the item is now cracked! If you use this lot and their shuttle, be wary that what you save in dollars may be reflected in the other aspects of their service. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to come to the airport at midnight. Every other parking service had 6+ buses come by in that time. This parking lot has 1. There were multiple people left at the other terminal who had to wait for the same bus to come around in another 45 minutes. They said they are low on drivers because of "covid" however the other companies seem to have enough drivers. I suspect many companies are using covid as an excuse for not hiring. read more

We've had nothing but good experiences over the years with Park-N-Go. The lot is small which means you get to your car relatively quickly without driving endlessly. The drivers have always been polite and helpful. We've had them cheerfully dig us out in the middle of the night when our flight was delayed because of a monster snow storm and a local hotel wouldn't honor our reservation so we had to try to get home. The driver had dropped us at the hotel and said to call when we were ready in the morning. When the hotel wouldn't honor our reservation, we stomped to Park-N-Go in a fury, and then he drove us around the lot to our car. He was the bright spot in a horrendous and scary night. read more

My fiancé and I love parking there! We've always found and spot and never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle back. The drivers are always so kind, helping with luggage and such. Our last trip our driver, Chuck, even cleaned the snow off for us and made sure our car started after a week of being parked there. Their employees were all super friendly and I never had to wait long for the shuttles. What made it a truly great experience is that it had snowed a lot when I was out of town, and the shuttle driver shoveled my car out and scraped my windshields super thoroughly. First time with Park N Go. In the past we have always used Park-Sleep-Fly at hotels using different providers. When we first arrived, shuttle driver greeted us by the entry gate and showed us where to park...accompanied us to pick us up right away. When we arrived back at end of trip, we just missed a shuttle driving away. The next one came in under 5 minutes. Both shuttle drivers were excellent...friendly and courteous. No issues when we arrived back at our car. Bags dropped for us and they were off to drop another family. At another lot we have had the driver wait until we are in the car and have it started - would have helped the other family as it turned out their battery was dead and I helped to boost them. Downside is you might have to wait for assistance if you have a problem, but upside is the really fast service. My choice would be the fast service so we were happy. When I finally got to check out of the lot, I couldn't find the receipt for the online booking and partial prepayment. No problem. The ladies in the office were very friendly (it was midnight on a Friday night) and had the correct information that matched my email confirmation.
