Parking is $10 after 4pm and I believe only $10 a day on weekends. Great price for the location. Touchless payment options. Tons of EV parking right as you enter. Three hours of FREE charging too if you have your own charger. It's a tad confusing getting to your building of choice when you exit. The elevators don't have any signage that helps you get to the One Campus Martius building. Once exiting, you will see a bridge that goes over Farmer street and connects. We just walked across the street. Very clean garage, very well lit, and very reasonable.

I had to attend a meeting that was being held at the Compuware Building in the Campus Martius area…read more I had an address for the building and an address for the recommended parking garage. Knowing how difficult it can be to find places in downtown Detroit, I arrived extra early and using the address and checking it against the numbers on the building and looking for a Compuware sign I was unable to positively identify the building. I circled the area where the address should have been and had to get around major construction looking for it. I then decided to focus on the parking address for the One Campus Martius Parking Garage and...more difficulty, the street with the address was blocked and didn't go through! Then I figured out that the blocking was after the entrance to the garage so I was able to go in. After going up many floors, I finally found a spot on the 6th level and parked. As I approached the elevators I met a couple of ladies who were heading back to street level across from the back entrance to the Compuware Building. They told me to follow them until they could point me to the visitors desk to get directions to my meeting! Overall impression for me was a hard to find entrance and expensive ($4/20minutes up to $25/day) parking. They have a lot of parking spaces but I saw zero open spots until I found one one level 6 of 10 levels total! Not sure if there were more open at higher levels but I only needed one. I wouldn't want to work here or come here regularly. My low rating reflects my dislike of hard to find and expensive parking. But to be fair, it may be the going rate for parking in this area. I did see some parking lots showing a flat rate of $10 but further away from the Compuware Building.

We went in via the Montcalm entrance and there was no wait. Easily accessible and handicap parking by the elevator which makes this garage barrier free. It is very well lit and extremely clean. There is staff present and we felt secure walking to and fro. If you purchase your space ahead via Park Whiz, it's $5(or more depending on the event) less. Exit was smooth. Great proximity to the Fox Theatre, Hockey Town, The Fillmore, Comerica Park, and Ford Field.

You go up to the gate, say what airline you're flying on, and then the gate attendant sends you to a parking section. Sometimes it's very far away in the lot and other times it's right up front. Likewise with following the bus in. If you follow the bus in, it will wait for you to park and unload, if you don't you may have to stand there for a bit until one comes through. Helen kept the other shuttles moving and organized so the super long line for Qwik park had room for a couple of shuttles to pull in. Shout out to Billy the driver too.
