I submitted this review on 12/14 and on 12/15 my issue of not getting a refund for my cancelled trip has been resolved by a phone call from Qwik Park and a conversation with Tom, the office manager. I do believe that the company needs to look at their computer cancellation system, because i had to try several times to get it to recognize my reservation number and bring up the cancellation screen. Then the screen disappeared before I could print it. You cannot cancel by phone. I credit the Yelp review with helping to bring closure to this situation. I made a reservation for 11/23 drop off and a 11/28 pickup. I then became ill and could not take the trip so I cancelled my Qwik Park reservation before the 24 hour time limit on cancellations. I finally got the computer program to cancel my reservation. I got a page that said Reservation Cancelled. However, my credit card was charged $61 on 11/23 and they did not return the money. I called several times and both times was put on hold - forever. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I would never give my credit card again to this company. Karen read more

Excellent service and very friendly people, particularly Joe and Larry. I had an issue last week with my car that I left running (I know...) and went out of gas. Joe refill my tank, enough to go to next gas station, and Larry came with his battery charger. They made everything for me to be able to continue my journey... Upon arrival at the car we found our battery was dead..our driver came back and picked us up and brought us to the lunch room there..all of the employees were so friendly and offered us assistance until our tow truck arrived..I would highly recommend them to anyone read more

As a travel agent, I am critical of all things related to travel. I was VERY pleased with our experience at Qwik Park. The drivers were quick, eager to help, and friendly. We didn't wait long to be picked up at our car and taken to the airport. I was traveling with two kids and A LOT of baggage. The drivers jumped to help me. I had a very early flight in the McNamara terminal. I didn't want to risk not having an Uber available, but also didn't want to pay the McNamara terminal parking. I researched several parking options and decided on Quik Park because of their high rating across platforms. I was traveling alone and wanted to make sure I was choosing a safe option. I have parked here twice now and both times have had a positive experience. When you pull in, they tell you where to park and there is very clear signage. The shuttle bus comes to you almost immediately and help you load your luggage. You are at the terminal in less than 15 minutes from the time you park. Coming back to my car was just as easy, there was a prompt shuttle both times and we didn't have to wait long at all. Very friendly drivers who take you right to your car. Also both times I noticed staff watering the various plants around the entrance which just shows he pride they take in the business. Next time the only thing I'll do differently is book online to save a bit! read more

I'm a frequent flier who has used this facility for 17 years. It's efficiently operated. The staff is friendly and seems to have the drill down, especially the drivers. I recently had a minor issue over a rate discount. Qwik Park's Melanie helped me resolve it. She was very professional. She stressed the company is very into customer satisfaction. I paid for a reservation and then was asked to pay again to leave. I figured I was being asked to pay for additional hours. This happens often in this lot. When I got my credit card statement I saw that I had been charged full price twice. I called the company and was told that I needed to mail them the receipt, my credit card statement, and email confirmation if they would consider refunding one of the charges. I let them know that I live across the state and that the process could take a week or more and I had no way of knowing what was happening with it. I was told they had no way of accommodating the process short of getting this information in the US mail. I asked how I might avoid this happening in the future. I was told that I had done something wrong but they didn't know what I did or how not to have it happen in the future. They'd never have asked for payment if I didn't do something wrong. I think I will take the money I will save on not messing with their issues and park somewhere else next month. read more

Robert was an awful awful driver. My mother had a broken ankle and he was extremely rude to her. He threatened to kick us off the bus and I was completely unimpressed by his lack of service. I would not recommend anyone use this shuttle service. read more

I just returned to my car at Qwik Park from a trip to Chicago to find that both my door mirrors had been broken off and placed back nicely on the car. They fell off as I was leaving and so I turned around. The manager was nice enough to refund the charge and give me duct tape but wouldn't do anything about replacing my mirrors. I don't trust them, they don't have good security and don't have any cameras! Find a more secure place to park if you value your car. read more

The great: The shuttle followed us to our parking spot and got us to the airport in a jiffy. We had an early morning flight and were the only ones on the bus to Metro. The shuttle upon our return was waiting for us at the pickup spot and got us back to the well-lit parking lot. The driver's mission was clearly to get safely from A to Z. The regrettable situation: We prepaid for our reservation online and all was well. Before leaving for DTW on our return flight from out of state, we took a screenshot of all our receipts and parking tags "just in case." As it would happen, TSA's inspection resulted in some of our papers being permanently separated from our luggage, including the tag and barcode we were given at Quik Park. Upon leaving our spot, I showed the pay attendant my credit card receipt and the screenshot I took of the QP receipt with the barcode. The attendant dismissed my paperwork, saying she couldn't accept anything other than the original QP-issued tag, and asked for my driver's license to verify everything. After a few minutes, she confirmed the charge of $64 and we were on our merry way. We got home and found I was not only charged through pre-pay the week before, but charged again upon leaving the parking lot for a total of more than $120 for a week of parking. I called Quik Park to seek a refund on the second charge and was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for a higher manager and was told the same thing. It slightly soured the end of our honeymoon trip. We were hoping for better understanding but it was not to be. read more

I went to Qwik Park around 1:30/2:00pm on Thursday March 9th. It was my first time at the location. The lady at the front window was friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful. She took time to explain their facility and how everything worked. At first, I was apprehensive about this place, as I knew nothing about it. All in all, it was great and I would use them again. We have been using Quick Park for years. Last week upon arrival we tried to get on the shuttle but the female driver was outside screaming and swearing at another shuttle driver, she took off very angry. We waited for the next shuttle the driver was to old to help with luggage, when we told him what row we where in he stopped two rows over and told us to cut across, unacceptable at 2am, in freezing rain and with a bad knee. I paid in advance, four nights for $41.00. The first night I stayed in the airport hotel because I had an early flight. The next morning the flight was cancelled due to weather. I went to Quik Park to retrieve my car and asked if the three nights I didn't use would be refunded. The attendant wasn't sure but took down my information to give to the office. They have a serious problem with picking up at the terminal. They stop at totally random places along the curb and don't wait for even one second before speeding away. They need a sign indicating exactly where they will stop. For example, it was 3:30AM (flight delayed) and I was waiting for the shuttle. I saw the shuttle stop at the absolute farthest end of the curb and drop off one person. Then the shuttle sped away without waiting at all. I jumped up and down to get the driver's attention but he sped away and I was forced to wait another 15 minutes for the next shuttle, which was very upsetting at 3:30AM in the middle of winter. read more

This business is always my choice when flying out of Metro. Parking is easy even in winter and the shuttle drivers are helpful and respectful. The last gentleman had to hold my hand to help me over the snow & ice just to get from car to bus. Price is fair, with coupons or AAA and my car is safe while I am away. Never have to wait long for a return ride back and and attendants are pleasant at the window. read more

Qwik park was really great for our trip. The shuttles were already there when we arrived and then at the airport when we landed. The drivers were nice and helpful and checking out was easy. Steve was wonderful. My wallet fell out of my bag at the airport. He was so kind. He dropped all my stuff off at my car and then drove right back to the air port so I could pick up my wallet from the Police. Also Mildred who answers the phone is so nice and caring! As airport employee I thought this would be a quick and convenient way to get to work and back. I used Qwik Park for fairly 2 years until recently where the shuttle service begun to suck. I found myself going back and forth with the driver over the location of my car!! Due to the lack of manuscript of certain drivers. Some where rude and some where extremely pleasant. I'm extremely disappointed on how the service has changed. I no longer park at Qwik Park as of some of my co workers. Sad to see a business that gave such phenomenal service and pleasant faces become a irritation. :( read more

"not so qwik" park - have always used qwik park in the past with great results. returned to detroit 6/7/15 at around 7:30 only to find every shuttle but qwik park. after watching 6 u.s. park shuttles come and go i called qwik park and was told there was a shuttle on the way. a shuttle did come but by now there were enough people waiting to fill 3 shuttles - mean while another 6 u.s park and 4 yellow shuttles came and went by the time a second "not so qwik" park shuttle showed up. by the time the third "not so qwik" shuttle showed - and we were able to get on - i had lost count of all the other shuttles. i can remember how many "not so qwik" shuttles there were - it was 3. last time i will even think of using "not so qwik" park. never again." read more

I am a frequent airline traveler, and i have tried many parking lots.....i tried qwik park for the first time the other day and they were the best by far. The shuttle followed me to my car, took me to the terminal and bam.... I was there immediately! I have to say I have never been more impressed with a company than I was with Qwik Park in February of this past year. I have always parked at Qwik Park and have had no issues at all with them; basically there was nothing bad I could say about them. In February, however, they left me feeling like I couldn't say enough GREAT things about them. After returning from my vacation and getting dropped off to my car in the blistering cold at around 8pm, I found that my car would not start. I called Qwik Park frantically and they calmed me down and reassured me they would send someone to jump start my car for me; they did just that. After my car successfully started, the driver (I can't remember his name!) also offered to scrape the snow off my car! As I proceeded to the front to pay for my parking, I realized I had a flat tire. After crying to the manager/owner at the window (Ron??), he once again reassured me it would be OK and he would fill my tire with air for me; he did just that. When that did not resolve the issue, him and another employee changed my tire for me, willingly and without any hesitation. I was beyond thankful that day I chose to park at Qwik Park and I will choose them/refer them for as long as they are around :) They are trustworthy, friendly, and compassionate and clearly put their customers first! read more
