I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

Mail delivery is becoming risky when they take off with an important document, then lie, and this carrier came back with my document, and had a bad attitude towards me. She even told me she could not deliver because her mother's doctor called her! I then told her I was sorry to hear that. Then I told her my mother had passed away, and I had documents from my mother's attorney. I also told her that the documents were for her estate, and her lawyer needed ( from NY) for my signature so he could move forward. There was also a certified check in that envelope with a very very large amount of money. They hire very very lazy people. I would vote USPS for no longer being funded with taxpayers monies. In a heart beat. We've been victims of identity theft and mail fraud by a neighbor across the street. It took my husband almost a year to go through the entire web page to file correctly. Then the state authorities too. We hired a state known handwriting specialist to confirm who did it. Yes. We reported it to the local post office. We learned it was a dirty active duty cop, our neighbor across the street. The federal and state governments completely ignored and disregarded the crime committed against us! We have time and time again, gone to youngsville nc 27596 post office directly, and told them to please never leave packages on top of our mailbox. Never! And to please deliver the mail properly and legally. To no avail It seems like they hire people they know or just any warm body. Can someone please put in a computer that we have a thiefacross the street, and by rights, we legally deserve to have our mail delivery. I have to mention that I actually called initially 2 weeks before that but had to wait for the 811 service to come and mark the ground because I was moving the mailbox to a different location. Although I didn't buy my mailbox from them directly (I had already ordered everything I needed from Lowe's) when Tyler initially came by to install my mailbox, we discovered that the bronze metal 4 inch numbers ended up not being able to fit on the mail box post area intended for their display. I was heartbroken. These numbers matched the ones on my house, and I did not want to downsize or change the font type. Tyler brainstormed an idea where he would custom build side planks from scraps wood that he had at the shop and would cover them using flashing like you use on a house so that they would be as resilient as the polyurethan post and match almost perfectly and would require little maintenance. Not only was this custom it was an inexpensive as he charged only $20 to make the planks. He sent me a mockup during the workday for my approval and was I so happy that he was even able to attach them the way I preferred, vertically on the post. He took my supplies with him and assembled my mailbox at the shop reducing the time needed to install at my home to less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He even swapped out the mailbox mount plate because the one I purchased was too small for the XL mailbox that I bought. The concrete was included and he removed my old mailbox and disposed of it for free. He thought of things that I did not, like saving the soil from the new hole to fill the old hole from the previous spot and kept a perfect plug of grass to make the old hole look like it was never there! I had a wonderful experience with this service and if I come across anyone needing a new mailbox in his service area I will gladly recommend him. Look at how wonderful my mailbox turned out.
