I didn't get his name but he was wearing glasses, had a faux hawk and im pretty sure is a manager. When I asked him if they had edible glitter he laughed at me and said no. I found this to be rude and disrespectful. I walked away I was so mad. However, I then asked someone who was stocking shelves. She was so great to deal with her name was Kayla. She pointed out and helped me look in places it may have been and even checked in the backstock for me. She made my experience better. However, if the guy i first talked to was a manager, I would definitely recommend for him to go through extensive training or be fired because due to that interaction alone, I will not be back. To make matters worse, I spent way too much time going in circles with Walmart's chat system just trying to reach a human. After finally speaking with someone, I was told I have to wait another 48 hours before I can even request a refund because they want to see if the order gets delivered again. So let's do the math: 48 hours waiting for a delayed package, then another 48 hours waiting to ask for a refund. That's four days of waiting after Walmart already failed to deliver the order correctly. What does a person have to do to get some wine glasses and plates? The most frustrating part isn't even the delivery mistake. It's spending time with multiple customer service representatives only to end up right back at square one. In an era where companies are investing heavily in AI and customer experience, Walmart needs to do better. If customers have to fight through automated systems and multiple support agents just to get basic help, something is broken.

The person fulfilling the order sent me updates or clarifying questions about substitutions when applicable. Items that they did not have were refunded and delivery was fast. Either way, I wanted to visit this grocery store and it was a good stop. It seems like a high-quality store, but the prices weren't unreasonable. In part I wanted to stop just to check it out but when I learned that Pennsylvania is the snack food capital of the country, that sealed the deal. They have an extensive bakery with lots of stuff, including some that I don't tend to see at a grocery store bakery, like the macarons that I picked up here. They also sell fudge, another unlikely grocery find. It's a grocery store, so of course they have what you're expecting to find, but their chip aisle did seem extensive. Or maybe that it's just that I've never seen flavors like honey jalapeño and others before. The staff was friendly and efficient. Shopping was pleasant. If I lived in the area this would be my go-to grocery store.

Extremely deceptive and if i can't trust them with something as simple as getting fresh meat, how can I trust them with anything else. Only reason for two stars instead of one is their beer selection and their price compared to the take out at the local bars. You're better off at Weis in Hamlin or Shoprite in Daleville.
