This interaction occurred in a designated handicap parking space, occupied by a vehicle that did not display any handicap indicators, such as placards or specialized license plates. This vehicle remained in the handicap space for an extended period, exceeding 25 minutes.. Because I sat there and waited for 25 minutes and they were already holding up the spot when I got there. I find it ignorant and rude to hold up a handicap spot just to with somebody and have a cigarette . It's stunk . I am in closing a picture of the employee . And then leaving the store the cashier older lady missing teeth I don't know what her name was cuz her name tag was not on . She's very ignorant . I told her I needed to put in the phone number for the discount she seemed inconvenienced by that. Then when I was putting in my card I kept telling her it's saying that it was canceled. She raised her voice a little bit and told me it wasn't canceled it wants you to swipe it. I said well I didn't say that . She got very ignorant and rude about it . I don't understand if you don't like your job then leave. You chose that job somebody didn't force you to take your job at a grocery store. You chose that job you chose to work there. All I have to say the reason why I stopped there was because of the service was terrible and I see that is never going to be improved . They need to train their employees better

The owner greats you with a smile. The hoagie which you will see is packed with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and comes with a packet of dressing. Hands down the best lemon meringue pie I've ever had so anytime I'm in the area. I like to pick up either a slice or a whole pie or honestly as much as I can get before I have to go back to New York. I would recommend this place for that and that alone, but there's a lot of good deals as well as some pretty good pizza that comes out of here. They have a lot of cool unique items as well and the store is always stocked up so it's honestly a good grocery store. I wish they had them where I live as well.

You have to keep an eye at checkout because prices aren't what they should be and they don't always deduct coupons. I let them know nicely of some problems and they don't care. I wasn't looking for handouts but if I'm paying for a 5lb roast and get 3 lbs of fat under and hidden in middle of roast, I would like an exchange or my money back which they don't do. I've lost so much money at these stores that it's not going to happen anymore. I have pictures of everything to back up my claims. You're better off shopping elsewhere which I will be doing after being with Gerritys for at least the last 25 years.

The workers never smile, rarely greet you, there is one worker that rolls her eyes at people and they don't honor prices / mistakes. I have gone in there a few times and had issues. Once, there was an item on the clearance row, the item did not come up on clearance and I told the girl it was on the red dot clearance row. She called a lady up to the register, I am assuming a manager, who said green dots are on clearance but the sign clearly said red dot. Another time I grabbed an item I needed because there was a sale sign under it and when I got to the register, it rang full price. I told the cashier that there is a sign right below the item, she went and looked and confirmed the sign was there. She called a lady in, the same lady as once before, who went over and came back with the sign that said it was in the wrong place and it is a different brand and would not honor the price. There are a lot of stores out there that will honor the price since it was their error but not this store. This has happened multiple times and they do not honor their mistakes. Even though this store is close to home, I will look to shop somewhere else! I know there are stores around here that will at least greet you and not be so unpleasant!
