OK now also I want to give a shout out to the staff, especially a worker named Judy who is a neighbor and watches the shows like, "Outside the Box Live!" A big thank you to you also Judy for watching. Now as for the hoagie, this was packed as I chose the Italian sub with keeping it as it comes just sweet peppers and of course mayo no dressing. You could just taste the freshness of the veggies, along with the meat and cheese. I definitely recommend coming out here if not a deli sub, check out the meats, they even make their own kielbasa. I had to call customer service twice to be informed of the status of my order, and each time was given false assurance. When the delivery was already 4 days late, I finally received notice from Fed Ex that it would be delivered between 9 - 2 PM the following day. When it did not arrive within that window I received another notice from Fed Ex that it would be delivered by 8 PM on that date. Now two days after this notice from Fed Ex my order still has not arrived. I called iGourmet this morning to cancel my order and provide a refund. I will NEVER order from iGourmet again.

They responded it would be out by 12-23-24 for delivery on 12-24-24. Reached out today to find out that it didn't get shipped and was with "hundreds" of other orders. They are "trying" to ship by 12-30-24. This is the second time IGOURMET has dropped the ball for me. First time was 3 years ago to the same recipient, my BOSS! The value of this gift was almost $200.00. The value doesn't matter when it comes to delivering what is promised. They need to deliver what is ordered no matter what the cost. They offered me a 20% discount on my next order. They don't have to worry about me using the discount. In 2025 IGOURMET needs to come up with a tracking tool on it's web page, as well as maybe try to get ahead of problems such as they are experiencing. Their business model isn't all that difficult, but they seem to have a problem putting cheese, meats, crackers, and nuts in a small picnic basket and sending it out.

This interaction occurred in a designated handicap parking space, occupied by a vehicle that did not display any handicap indicators, such as placards or specialized license plates. This vehicle remained in the handicap space for an extended period, exceeding 25 minutes.. Because I sat there and waited for 25 minutes and they were already holding up the spot when I got there. I find it ignorant and rude to hold up a handicap spot just to with somebody and have a cigarette . It's stunk . I am in closing a picture of the employee . And then leaving the store the cashier older lady missing teeth I don't know what her name was cuz her name tag was not on . She's very ignorant . I told her I needed to put in the phone number for the discount she seemed inconvenienced by that. Then when I was putting in my card I kept telling her it's saying that it was canceled. She raised her voice a little bit and told me it wasn't canceled it wants you to swipe it. I said well I didn't say that . She got very ignorant and rude about it . I don't understand if you don't like your job then leave. You chose that job somebody didn't force you to take your job at a grocery store. You chose that job you chose to work there. All I have to say the reason why I stopped there was because of the service was terrible and I see that is never going to be improved . They need to train their employees better
