I had to call customer service twice to be informed of the status of my order, and each time was given false assurance. When the delivery was already 4 days late, I finally received notice from Fed Ex that it would be delivered between 9 - 2 PM the following day. When it did not arrive within that window I received another notice from Fed Ex that it would be delivered by 8 PM on that date. Now two days after this notice from Fed Ex my order still has not arrived. I called iGourmet this morning to cancel my order and provide a refund. I will NEVER order from iGourmet again.

I find it ignorant and rude to hold up a handicap spot just to with somebody and have a cigarette . It's stunk . I am in closing a picture of the employee . And then leaving the store the cashier older lady missing teeth I don't know what her name was cuz her name tag was not on . She's very ignorant . I told her I needed to put in the phone number for the discount she seemed inconvenienced by that. Then when I was putting in my card I kept telling her it's saying that it was canceled. She raised her voice a little bit and told me it wasn't canceled it wants you to swipe it. I said well I didn't say that . She got very ignorant and rude about it . I don't understand if you don't like your job then leave. You chose that job somebody didn't force you to take your job at a grocery store. You chose that job you chose to work there. All I have to say the reason why I stopped there was because of the service was terrible and I see that is never going to be improved . They need to train their employees better
