Ordered for my husband for Christmas. I was beyond pleased. Just make sure to order way in advance on a holiday. Definitely recommend!

As someone who relocated up from Lancaster/Harrisburg to this area for work, I've sorely missed Fox…read moreMeadows creamery. Nothing compared to its smooth, flavorful consistency...except Milkhouse's own flavors! I once enjoyed their cake batter three times in one week...I haven't done that since I was a child. And the milk is easy on my stomach too which can't handle most supermarket dairy. It's not cheap, but somewhat reasonable. Each glass jug requires $2 holding deposit which you get back or can put towards your next return. They're trying to go for an old fashioned general store aesthetic and I wish them well. Berwick's location is decorated the prettiest, but they often get sold out often (of milk), but Drums (this one) is the flagship location.

Inside is clean and quaint, with tasty breads, meats and cheeses from local farms. And while those are darn good- let's talk about the ice cream. This is the creamiest, most flavorful ice cream I have ever had in my life. No like seriously. This ice cream is small batch and it's AMAZING. I had the chocolate peanut butter egg (their Easter flavor), my husband had coffee, and my son had chocolate. Each was phenomenal in its own way. I don't know when I will be back in this area of Pennsylvania but if I'm anywhere remotely near, I will drive out of my way to have some more. Seriously folks, this ice cream is special.

I honestly feel like I have been missing out by not shopping here. At the last minute, I ordered 2…read morespecialty trays for a holiday. The woman I spoke with was so nice and accommodating. She took time to listen to want I was looking for and creating something that was my beyond my expectations. I cannot say enough about the quality of the trays and how much they were enjoyed by both recipients. And the price point was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Plus, they have some incredible Italian specialty products that you don't often see (does anyone remember Brioschi? or the gum that comes in purple packs?)

They charged us $90 dollars! Thinking for such a ridiculous high price the sandwiches would have been delicious and gourmet. Nope!! The hoagies were easily 90% bread! And not even good bread. Dry crusty bread. The sandwich had barely any meat. Each piece had a dry piece of Turkey, some shredded lettuce, and a piece of cheese. We ended up throwing out most of the sandwich because it was inedible. Almost every guest that took a piece threw theirs out too, complaining how dry and gross it was. Highly disappointed with everything. For nearly a 100 dollars you'd think they could put a modicum of care into their food. Clearly they don't.
