We ended up throwing out most of the sandwich because it was inedible. Almost every guest that took a piece threw theirs out too, complaining how dry and gross it was. I have placed Christmas orders from iGourmet for the last 10-12 years. I had to call customer service twice to be informed of the status of my order, and each time was given false assurance. When the delivery was already 4 days late, I finally received notice from Fed Ex that it would be delivered between 9 - 2 PM the following day. When it did not arrive within that window I received another notice from Fed Ex that it would be delivered by 8 PM on that date. Now two days after this notice from Fed Ex my order still has not arrived. I called iGourmet this morning to cancel my order and provide a refund. I will NEVER order from iGourmet again.

The value of this gift was almost $200.00. The value doesn't matter when it comes to delivering what is promised. They need to deliver what is ordered no matter what the cost. They offered me a 20% discount on my next order. They don't have to worry about me using the discount. In 2025 IGOURMET needs to come up with a tracking tool on it's web page, as well as maybe try to get ahead of problems such as they are experiencing. Their business model isn't all that difficult, but they seem to have a problem putting cheese, meats, crackers, and nuts in a small picnic basket and sending it out.

We looked over the cases, made some choices from the frozen meats, and told the lovely woman behind the counter, what we were looking for. She listened, and as soon as the butcher was finished with the prior customer, he prepped our fresh cut ribeyes. We chatted with him and he made a few suggestions, according to our choices.
