I hope to find one of these restaurants "out in the wild". If they did well in an airport, I would expect a restaurant outside the airport would be even better.

Then they eventually call you to the counter to get your food. If you want burgers, they have you covered. We ended up getting fairly small burgers and split an order of fries. Prices were high, but this is the airport so that's expected. They weren't higher than competing places here. I waited on the order while my wife scouted a table. Depending on the time of day, tables can be in short supply, so this was a good strategy. The food came out fairly soon and was good. Within the captive environment of post-security checks at the airport, this is a good option for a pre-flight meal.
