Justin came out last fall to take a look and write up my estimate. He was the ultimate professional: very thorough and informative. ZERO high pressure sales or upselling. He will explain everything in detail (if you want, which I did) without talking down or saying "is your husband here?" The price was $27,000 which IF YOU WANT YOUR ROOF DONE RIGHT TO LAST FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME, is the going rate in 2026! Two other friends got quotes from 2 other companies for EXACTLY the same cost, but I know - and can sleep soundly - that it was done to the utmost perfection. (our roof is huge - a 2,000 SQFT ranch with VERY DEEP eaves, and needed a lot of new, more effective vents installed for circulation). We had to wait for spring to gather our finance and Christina S. kept in touch to assure us that we were first in line when the weather allowed which it did in March. She was so delightful to talk to. Like, I wanna be friends with her, lol! When the weather was scheduled to break, she told us the date and when materials would arrive and how it would all work and pass it off to Evan B., Our fantastic project manager! The crew showed up Friday morning, bright, and early and efficiently had our old roof, torn off and our beautiful new roof installed in one day - albeit a long one for them! There was quite a team here and it was impressive to watch them work! Importantly, they were respectful of our property. They smiled and said hello, and we encountered them and the cleanup was second to none! I have not seen one Nail or one Scrap of anything around the house! I went up into the attic to get something, and it was so comfortable up there, I could tell that the circulation was what it was supposed to be. Not stuffy, not drafty. My husband put in some lighting and boards across the floor, and I feel like I wanna create myself some personal space up there! Lol! I won't drop the others of whom I dealt with, but some of them didn't call me back for days, others weeks. Not Barry, he always responded to my call or texts within 24 hrs. He also was the most reasonably priced, and he wasn't condescending when talking to me about my home improvement. Being a women, men often feel they need to 'man'splain things to me so I 'understand' what is going to be done. God, how I hate that. Barry was very professional, and only explained further, when I asked. I really appreciate that in a contractor. His team finished my house in a day, gutters, gutter guards, fixed vinyl corners on my garage, replaced the facing on the front of my house (since the last jack hole didn't remove the shutters, and just cut around them), and changed the front vinyl section to a more decorative shaker shingle. Overall, I loved how the work came out. My house now has a softer look, for a great price, and all in 1 day. I give a hearty 2 thumbs up, a twirl, and high kick for ABG North and Barry.

As mentioned above, my mom doesn't know English well, but she still had an easy, hassle-free experience with ABG to get new siding, window trim, and shutters added to our 35 year old house. Even at the very beginning, they were flexible and worked with my mom. They didn't force her replace the gutters and railings like the other companies. She was incredibly pleased with the end results. I've uploaded pictures. They started on the house on August 11th and finished on August 13th. They basically worked from 7:30am-4:30pm. There were 2 people for the first 2 days, and 3 people on the last day to finish everything up. My mom repeatedly says that the the craftsmanship is excellent. When they worked on the window trim they recaulked the windows to make sure everything was sealed properly. All the siding parts lined up perfectly and the corners were perpendicular and aligned. And at the end of each day they were really good about cleaning up after themselves and making sure there were no metal parts that was in the driveway.
