Top Notch from first phone call to project follow up! The Cadillac of Roofers!…read more I heard of Paramount when the owner Eric was on "the inside outside guys" on the radio, and since our roof was 25 years old, I called for a quote. Justin came out last fall to take a look and write up my estimate. He was the ultimate professional: very thorough and informative. ZERO high pressure sales or upselling. He will explain everything in detail (if you want, which I did) without talking down or saying "is your husband here?" The price was $27,000 which IF YOU WANT YOUR ROOF DONE RIGHT TO LAST FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME, is the going rate in 2026! Two other friends got quotes from 2 other companies for EXACTLY the same cost, but I know - and can sleep soundly - that it was done to the utmost perfection. (our roof is huge - a 2,000 SQFT ranch with VERY DEEP eaves, and needed a lot of new, more effective vents installed for circulation). We had to wait for spring to gather our finance and Christina S. kept in touch to assure us that we were first in line when the weather allowed which it did in March. She was so delightful to talk to. Like, I wanna be friends with her, lol! When the weather was scheduled to break, she told us the date and when materials would arrive and how it would all work and pass it off to Evan B., Our fantastic project manager! The crew showed up Friday morning, bright, and early and efficiently had our old roof, torn off and our beautiful new roof installed in one day - albeit a long one for them! There was quite a team here and it was impressive to watch them work! Importantly, they were respectful of our property. They smiled and said hello, and we encountered them and the cleanup was second to none! I have not seen one Nail or one Scrap of anything around the house! I went up into the attic to get something, and it was so comfortable up there, I could tell that the circulation was what it was supposed to be. Not stuffy, not drafty. My husband put in some lighting and boards across the floor, and I feel like I wanna create myself some personal space up there! Lol! Anyway, huge kudos to Paramount roofing and the entire team, everyone with whom we have interacted has been outstanding. Thank you, thank you! Highly recommend! I've printed out and filed our transferable warranty that I am confident (unless mother nature disagrees) we won't be needing!

Your original project total was $24,551. Don had already reduced the price down to $20,893, which was already a savings greater than the $2,500 scratch-off amount. In addition to that, I was able to get approval from my manager for another $1,226 discount specifically because of the miscommunication, bringing your final total down to $19,666.07. So overall, instead of saving $2,500, your total savings came to $4,884.93 off the original price. There was never any intention to be dishonest with you. We were genuinely trying to work with you and reduce the overall cost as much as possible while still doing the project the right way. I have sent it. On the upgrades section remember to click the wood, you get 4 sheets for free. Also, select the upgrade for the 5 star warranty that you are getting for free. The main reason I've been trying to connect with you is because I would really like to lock in your current pricing before that happens, if possible. We do have until the end of the day Sunday to secure the current pricing before the increase takes effect Monday morning. I know messages like this can sometimes sound like a sales pitch, and that is honestly not my intention. I simply wanted to be transparent with you about why there is some urgency on my end. If you are still considering moving forward with your project or if you have any remaining questions, please let me know. I'm happy to help in any way I can. You can reply directly to this email or reach me at (248) 232-8459. Thanks, Russ Siler Paramount Roofing

I highly recommend Complete Kitchen Design. Bill, Joe, and the rest of the team were great to work…read morewith. When we moved into our house, the kitchen was outdated. It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!

Had our kitchen done 25 years before and it took months to be completed (a true nightmare). Joe Allen was so patient with us because we had no idea what we wanted plus he designed a perfect change that we needed. Every morning he showed up to check on the job and even helped with moving out all our old appliances. I enjoyed working with his son who also help in picking out backsplash and colors. We were so pleased with them that I would call them again and highly recommend them. Whats nice you can tell they love what they are doing and their work shows it. Another quick note CKD was so fast at coming to give us a quote and very reasonable. Eileen S.
